December 27th
Had a raised glazed donut before hitting the road. Drove up the coast. So pretty. Stopped at the Ralph's in Malibu. Sis and I shared a grilled turkey and gouda sandwich on that funky type bread. It was good. Despite the mayo I blotted away. Also munched on BBQ Kettle chips. Those puppies have a serious kick to them. Much to our delight, they had, and it was as good as we remembered, the seafood louie. Yum! Tried one chicken tender bite when we got home. Had another raised glazed donut, but ended up skipping out on dinner. Got drowsy around 9 and decided to lay down. My ass was also hurting at the time. Fell asleep and stayed down. That led to waking up at 3-3:30. Me and my odd schedules.
December 26th
Went with Sis to the ATM, then El Taco. Breakfast burritos for the both of us. Also stopped for donuts. Had about 1/3 of an apple fritter. Crashed in the evening. When I got up I had the munchies. Sis and I finished off the cottage cheese with Triscuits. Then we both had a green quesadilla. I finished off my apple fritter, then went for the maple bar and a raised glazed. Food coma anyone?
December 25th
Woke up around 6 because our sweet pup had a potty call. It woke up both up so thoroughly we decided to go ahead and get on with our day. Hit the road while it was still dark out. Mom would've been so proud. Peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwiches, plus Fritos and salt water taffy while on the road. I had some ubber stale chips man. Really kinda nasty. Called Dad around 9:30. He sounded a bit down. Sis and I napped, putting off dinner. Panda was closed, but shocking us both, Magic Wok was open. Chow mein, orange chicken, BBQ pork for me. (They had no teri chicken out and Sis wasn't sure if they'd be doing any more, so double BBQ pork for me. Then we shared a side of the orange.) Actually only ate about 1/2 of what they doled out. Huge portions. But I did end the night with a few more salt water taffy chunks.
December 24th
Hit the road to Solvang. Had a turkey, provolone sandwich in the car, along with a shared bag of Doritos. Small bag mind you. Snacked on some salt water taffy bought in town. Dinner was from The Mustard Seed. Mashed potatoes, mixed veggies (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, celery), sausage link, two meat balls, all covered in awesome gravy. Plus there was a sweet purple cabbage... I think. Sort of tasted like beets, but maybe that's because it was pickled or something. It was all so good. Had a little apple juice and rounded out the day with some chocolate overload cake and out cold snoring.
December 23rd
Had a few bites of dark chocolate and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Sis came home kind of early with El Taco. Chowed! Shared an order of taquitos but had two chicken tostadas to myself. Plus, Sis handed over about 1/3 of a ground beef and cheese burrito. As if that weren't enough, I ended the evening with a touch more peppermint ice cream.
December 22nd
Finally got around to eating my banana. Just in time. Had about 1/2 of a ground beef burrito for lunch. Snacked on a frozen lemon fruit bar. For dinner Sis and I finished off the brown and serve rolls. I believe it was three each, with butter and strawberry jam. Since that wasn't very satisfying, I also snacked on 16 Triscuits and cottage cheese.
December 21st
For breakfast I had two packs of string cheese, 6 pumpkin cookies and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Reheated two green quesadillas for lunch, then had a frozen lemon fruit bar. Dinner was light. Popcorn and peppermint ice cream.

December 20th
Still working with a whacky schedule. Woke up and had 3 pumpkin cookies. Finally headed out to run errands. Picked up synthroid and El Taco. Shared an order of taquitos with Sis. Enjoyed a crunchy taco. Ordered it with tomatoes, but it came with tomato salsa. Interesting, tasty, I liked it okay. Not what Sis was after. Then I had a chili relleno burrito. Soooo good.
December 19th
Up in the afternoon. One Snickerdoodle. Fixed some medium egg noodles and steak sirloins for dinner. Had lots of those noodles (with butter.) Snacked on a touch of buttery toffee popcorn. The fruit and veggies were tucked safe away this day.
December 18th
Schedule's all out of whack. Had 9 pumpkin cookies in the afternoon. Sis came home late with BK for dinner. Whopper with cheese, no onions or mayo. We shared an order of onion rings and some chicken fries (I had 3 or 4.) 3 smores on a stick.

December 17th
Started my day with 3 Snickerdoodles. Fixed a peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich on wheat bread for lunch. Sis stopped at Del Taco and I gorged. 2 chicken quesadillas and one shredded beef combo burrito. Ended my day with a half dozen freshly made pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.
December 16th
Finished off the cheese log and crackers. Heated up the last of the Tuna Helper. Had two Snickerdoodles after Sis got home. Then nuked a Stouffer's frozen lasagna. Sis fixed a great cup of hot coco with extra tiny marshmallows.
December 15th
Fixed a box of Parmesan Pasta Roni. Snacked on a touch of dark chocolate and a big stick, then 2 packs of string cheese. Dined on a bag of popcorn, then cheese log and crackers.
December 14th
More potato salad. 6 chicken wings, leftover from Sunday's gathering that Sis attended. A couple more chocolatey goodies also leftover from Sunday. Finished the lemon pudding. What else???

December 13th
Fixed a double batch of cheesy tuna helper, then consumed two bowls. Much, much later I had some lemon pudding, 2 cookies and 2 cookie balls. In the wee small hours of morning I had a dozen club crackers and 4 slices of cheese, 2 cheddar and 2 misc. white. Plus I had a small bowl of potato salad. Hefty.
December 12th
Sis and I both had a corn dog to put off making a decision about dinner. That postponement took five hours. Ended up making a quick trip to CVS, then Burger King. Double Whopper, no onions, but a shared order of onion rings. It was way too much food. Felt like I laid a brick in my tummy.
December 11th
Sis fixed breakfast. 4 sausage links and two English muffins with butter and strawberry jam. Snacked on a lime fruit bar and a mixed berry juice box. For dinner I fixed two packs of plain oatmeal, adding some brown sugar to it, and 1 1/2 pack hot chocolate with LOTS of mini marshmallows. No BP or BM.
December 10th
Ate a pecan crunch granola bar for breakfast. Lunch/dinner was a 1/2 cup of vegetable soup, three brown and serve rolls, butter and strawberry jam. Not much, but I felt STUFFED.
December 9th
Thrilled I made it four hours without needing to get up to hit the toilet, when I got up, very loose bowels. First attempt at something more than water was an apple juice box. Crackers in the evening. Around 10/11 p.m. I was so hungry I made myself a dry cheese sandwich. Gassy.
December 8th
Up at 4 puking my guts out. Up at 5 with diarrhea. Up at 6 with both. The diarrhea continued hourly until about 8 p.m. There was another round of puking around 2:30 p.m. Ate nothing all day. Barely drank any water.
December 7th
Reheated my leftover Claim Jumper. Had the meat, then the potato and veggies, then had the apple muffin. Napped and woke up feeling even worse than I did in the morning. After Sis came home I had a cup of Lipton broth with noodles. Then we both had a third of the chocolate motherload cake. And then I started feeling nauseous. Really nauseous. A sudden urge to leave my laptop at 2:50 a.m. meant I left it on. The run involved a bile smelling BM.
December 6th
Headed out to the Pantages Theatre to see How the Grinch Stole Christmas. I think I might have eaten a Reese's peanut butter cup before leaving. Now I can't remember. After the show, Sis and I headed down to Claim Jumper. We shared an order of mozzarella sticks. I used a side of blue cheese dressing, chunky. Drank tropical tree, no sweetener. Ordered the prime rib with potato cheese cakes and grilled veggies. Ate a little more than half of one potato cake, about half of the meat (maybe) and a few veggies. After being home several hours Sis and I shared a slice of pumpkin pie cheesecake.
December 5th
Heated up two green quesadillas for lunch. Dined on three corn dogs for dinner, followed by a shared bag of popcorn, a Hostess type berry pie and some cheese and crackers.
December 4th

December 3rd
Fixed myself a frozen pizza with lunch, adding some extra Italian shredded cheese and pepperoni. Took my vitamins with some cranberry juice! Snacked on a Reese's PB cup. For dinner Sis made a pasta hamburger helper. We split a can of peaches.
December 2nd
Wheat Thins for breakfast. Lunched on a buttered roll and leftover chicken fettuccine alfredo. Reese's PB cub. Snacked on dark chocolate and drank a whole big glass of chocolate milk. Marie Calendar's frozen Salisbury steak dinner closed down my day. Came with mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn and peppers.
December 1st
Fixed two sandwiches for lunch. One turkey with provolone, the second peanut butter and strawberry jelly. Had a very old small can of Lite fruit cocktail. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds and a Reese's PB cup, plus Wheat Thins. For dinner we had some leftover chicken fettuccine and a bag of popcorn per.
November 30th
Fixed a turkey and provolone sandwich. Snacked on some dark chocolate, Pringles, 1/2 oz. roasted almonds and a lime fruit bar. For dinner we had fish sticks, 5 per, and green beans.
November 29th
Pringles for breakfast. Lunched on 2 reheated green quesadillas. Pink's for dinner, this I know. Pastrami dog with chili and onions. Polish sausage dog. So good. Plus onion rings and fries we ate in the car. Last day of PIE!!!
November 28th
Headed out to El Taco for an egg, bacon, sausage and cheese burrito for brunch. Snacked on Pringles. Marie Calendar's frozen dinner for supper. Went with the other turkey offering. The one with Dijon gravy. We didn't like it so much. Late evening snack of cheese log and Keebler crackers. PIE!!!
November 27th
Pringles and rice for breakfast and lunch. Sis made a chicken breast fettuccine Alfredo sauce dish for dinner, using a jar that expired 18 months ago. Thankfully, it did not kill us... or make us sick. PIE!!!
November 26th
Pringles for breakfast. Two reheated green quesadillas for lunch. Shared a can of black olives with Sis. Had a Marie Calendar's turkey dinner with stuffing, gravy, green beans and cranberries, plus a buttered dinner roll and a big ass slice of pumpkin pie with cool whip.
November 25th
Fixed a roast beef and provolone sandwich for lunch. Snacked on two FS Reese's, a lime fruit bar, 1/2 oz. roasted almonds and some potato chips. Tostino pizza rolls for dinner, plus chips. No BP.
November 24th
Heated up two leftover beef meximelts for lunch. 1 Crunch, I think refers to a FS candy bar, vs. taco. 'Cause we had El Taco for dinner and I had an order of taquitos with extra guacamole from Sis, plus two chicken tostadas.
November 23rd
5 FS Crunch bars. Fixed myself a roast beef and provolone sandwich on wheat bread for lunch. Drank approximately 20 oz. of strawberry milk. Snacked on a lime fruit bar and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Dinner was a box of pasta roni. (Not sure if I shared.)
November 22nd
Had a mint at the theatre. When I got home I had to hit the string cheese 'cause I was way too freaking hungry to wait for something to cook. Steak and 3 lumps of Omaha au gratin potatoes. For dessert, some mint chip ice cream and 2 FS Crunch bars.
November 21st
2 FS Crunch bars. Fixed myself two tuna melts for lunch. One with provolone and the other with American cheese. 3 pickle spears, finishing off the jar. The last two lemon poppy muffins. A bag of popcorn. Guess it was another one meal day.
November 20th
4 Crunch bars and 4 lemon poppy muffins for breakfast. Lunched on a packed Santa Fe Chicken salad. For dinner, Sis stopped at Taco Bell. One crunchy taco, one steak taco, one bean burrito, 2 meximelts. Damn I was hungry! 'Cause I had some mint chip ice cream too.
November 19th
Breakfast of 6 FS Crunch bars and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Cottage cheese and Mission chips for lunch. Panda Express dinner. ALL OUT! Topped with 2 lemon poppy muffins.
November 18th
5 FS Kit Kats. Leftover mac and cheese and a turkey with provolone on wheat sandwich for lunch. Snacked on a lime fruit bar, 1 Reese's and 2 Crunch. Nachos for dinner, topped off with Caramel Cone ice cream.
November 17th
Sis fixed up some scrambled eggs with shredded cheese and salsa. So tasty! Drank 4 oz. whole milk and had a banana. (Guess this was the day I made the mac & cheese!) Finished the pasta salad. 2 Kit Kats and 1 Reese's (all FS.) Steak with that M&C for din din.
November 16th
Macaroni and Gruyere cheese. I'm almost certain of it. With steak. And more cake. But I might have my days flipped.
November 14th
Sis' birthday weekend. All I wrote down was 3 Baby Ruths. Pretty sure we did the crab salad and cake. And cake. And that was a killer crab salad. Oh, I think we did nachos for lunch. Yeah, yeah.
November 13th
3 Baby Ruths (fun sized) for breakfast/lunch. Dined on two chicken tostadas and 1 taquito. Wrote down 2 chik cheese pot, but I don't know what that means. Must've been something Sis brought home from work with her.
November 12th
4 fun sized Baby Ruths in the morning. Another Triscuit and cottage cheese lunch. Heated up a Marie Calendars frozen dinner: chicken breast, penne pasta, broccoli and carrots. For dinner I fixed myself two grilled cheese sandwiches using American cheese and wheat bread. Snacked on some Good N Plenty.
November 11th
2 fun sized Kit Kat bars and 4 fun sized Baby Ruths started my day. Lunched on Triscuits and cottage cheese. Snacked on some butter toffee popcorn. For dinner Sis heated up a couple Omaha burgers and I also had a strawberry fruit bar.
November 10th
Started my day with chocolate. 3 fun sized Kit Kat bars and 2 fun sized Baby Ruths. For lunch I fixed a roast beef and provolone sandwich on wheat bread. Had a bowl of Sis' leftover blue jello with gummi worms in it. Dined on steak and pasta roni for din din.
November 9th
Snacked on a strawberry fruit bar, 4 fun sized Kit Kat bars and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Heated up 2 green quesadillas. Late night dinner with sis consisted of an order of JITB egg rolls and chicken strips.
November 8th
Peanut butter and strawberry jelly sandwich, plus 4 fun sized Kit Kat bars for lunch. For dinner, El Taco. 2 green quesadillas and a chili relleno burrito.
November 7th
Started day with 15 Milk Duds. 3 hot dogs and buns for lunch, with 1 slice of provolone cheese, relish and mustard. More Milk Duds. One order of taquitos, 1/2 of a crunchy taco and a chili relleno burritio. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds.
November 6th
Snacked on a strawberry fruit bar, 2 packages of string cheese, some butter toffee popcorn and a brownie. One meal day of potato salad, chicken breast, garlic/butter rice and corn tortilla.

November 5th
A breakfast of two dozen Milk Duds. This is a trend I need to nip in the bud. For lunch I heated up the last two beef meximelts. Also fixed up some salsa with extra, extra, extra shredded cheese. Mission chips to scoop. Had lunch around 3:30-4. By the time I was thinking about dinner I was so tired that I figured it'd probably be better to just go to bed instead. So yeah, another one meal day. Oh, but I did snack on two more fun sized 100 Grand bars.
November 4th
A breakfast of 15 Milk Duds and one fun sized 100 Grand bar - nice. For lunch I finished off the mac and cheese. Then I went back to heat up two beef meximelts. At least 10 minutes after finishing those I realized that I was still hungry. Like ravenous. But I knew I shouldn't be. So annoying when your body doesn't send the signals that it should. Snacked on 1/2 oz roasted almonds and 2 dozen Milk Duds. No actual dinner.
November 3rd
Fixed myself a chicken breast and provolone sandwich on wheat bread, to go along with my packed Santa Fe Chicken Caesar salad. Nice lunch, yes? Snacked on a banana, 8 Milk Duds and a fun sized 100 Grand bar. Took my vitamins! With some cranberry juice! Wish that weren't news. Taco Bell for dinner. I chowed on two crunchy tacos, a steak quesadilla and a bean burrito.

November 2nd
Raked pine needles off the neighbors yard. Only did a touch on our own yard. Fixed a chicken, provolone sandwich on wheat bread. Heated up a bowl of mac and cheese. Snacked on 23 Milk Duds, a strawberry fruit bar and about half the bag of leftover movie popcorn. Dinner with Sis was two Omaha burgers. That was it. Just the protein. And it really hit the spot.
November 1st
Made it to see A SERIOUS MAN! Loaded up on lodine and ultraset. Shared an Icee and large popcorn with Sis. Also snacked on two 100 Grand bars, fun size. We got free refills on our way out. Then rolled to Boston Market for a disappointing trip. They were out of chicken, so Sis tried the meatloaf. Still able to use the coupon, but... Then they failed to give Sis the side of corn she ordered and paid for. Sucks! I had the brisket with creamed spinach and dill potatoes. That's right! They were out of mashed potatoes as well. And it was only 4:30 p.m. Shared the cornbread roll with Cleo, but kept the chocolate chip cookie to myself.
October 31st
Reheated a bowl of mac and cheese. Sis and I both had corn dogs 2 to 4. Sis ran errands and it was generally an off day. Just kinda weird. For dinner we had homemade nachos and guacamole. Unfortunately I overdid it on the onions. My knee was REALLY bothering me. Then my guts were. I crashed early.
October 30th
More Mike and Ike in the morning, finishing off the box. Had a double dose of ground beef, corn with pork and beans. It was the dinner I skipped the night before. Made a double batch of macaroni and cheese. Dinner with Sis was a bag of Tostino's pizza rolls. Had some buttery toffee popcorn and a strawberry fruit bar to end my day.
October 29th
Mike and Ike for breakfast! About a 1/3 of the box. For lunch I heated up a Marie Calendar's frozen dinner of chicken breast, penne pasta and broccoli with carrots. Then I fixed two English muffins with oleo and strawberry jam. Snacked on a 1/2 oz. of roasted almonds. No dinner or BP meds. Crashed hard and stayed down.
October 28th
Had a honey and oats granola bar in the morning. And finished off the potato salad. Odd, but so much better than cookies. For lunch I heated up a frozen dinner of turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing. Fixed a microwave bag of popcorn on my own. Such a strange day. Also broke out the cranberry juice and actually took my vitamins! Dinner was very late. Sis brought in McDonald's. We shared fries and nuggets. Had a double cheeseburger and fillet of fish all to myself.
October 27th
Again with the cookies. Two more Mrs. Fields starting this day off. Early lunch of Tony's pizza with added shredded cheese and pepperoni. Dinner was much, much later. Two corn dogs.
October 26th
Mrs. Fields cookies for breakfast. So smart. Had two of them. Followed by a serving of Milk Duds. Fixed a Stouffer's frozen dinner for lunch - chicken breast and mashed potatoes. That wasn't enough so I had some BBQ pork with Mission chips after. Dinner with Sis was fortified stew (plenty of veggies!) and crescent rolls. Sis offered me chocolate covered macadamian nuts (I had two) that she got as a TY gift from one of her co-workers.

October 25th
Started my day with 6 Milk Duds, 2 corn dogs and some potato salad. For dinner Sis baked up a bag of Tostino's pizza rolls. Eventually I needed more. Had the second drumstick and wing from the Albertson's baked chicken purchase. Also a strawberry fruit bar.
October 24th
Sis fixed breakfast while I washed dishes. Omelet with shredded cheese and salsa. Yum! Also, two English muffins with oleo and strawberry jam and a TALL glass of strawberry milk. Snacked on two servings of Milk Duds and a chocolate chip cookie. Had dinner after Dad and Sis left for the symphony. Two green quesadillas and sleep.
October 23rd
Couldn't sleep last night. Out of bed super early. Had a peanut butter granola bar. Crashed during the day before I eating an actual meeting. Sis calling at 8 p.m. woke me up. She hit El Taco. We shared an order of taquitos. I also had two chicken tostadas. Then a small bowl of peppermint ice cream. After heading to the studio I had a chocolate chip cookie.
October 22nd
Boiled the hell out of the last hot dogs from the Dodger game. Ate the two with buns and a packed Santa Fe Chicken Caesar salad. Snacked on 1/2 oz. of roasted almonds. For dinner, Sis picked up McDonald's. Had two double cheeseburgers. Followed that with 2 Mrs. Fields chocolate chip cookies.

Had a real breakfast - yay! Raisin Bran and 12 oz. 1% milk. Snacked on a tangerine fruit bar. Din din was homemade nachos with sliced black olives. Topped it off with a small bowl of peppermint ice cream. Damn that stuff is good!
October 20th
Butterscotch pudding for breakfast. Did I mention my habit of eating whatever is nearby. Oven baked a Tony's frozen party time pizza for lunch, adding some shredded cheese and pepperoni. Snacked on a tangerine fruit bar. Another late dinner with Sis. She hit up Del Taco for a shredded beef combo burrito and two cheese quesadillas.
October 19th
I seem to have a bad habit of starting my day by eating whatever is nearby. At least that's my excuse for having a Crunch bar for breakfast. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds, a banana, 2 butterscotch pudding cups and 4 Red Vines. Lunch was a small Stouffer's frozen lasagna. Another late dinner with Sis. 3 Dodger dogs and shared a box of Pasta Roni - herbs. Topped that off with 2 ice cream sandwiches.
October 18th
Ding Dong for breakfast, followed quickly by 3 chicken tenders and a packed salad. Chicken Caesar. Late dinner of Jack in the Box. Three egg rolls, 3 mini sirloin burgers (okay) and a large strawberry shake. Quite filling.

October 17th
Breakfast burrito from El Taco! So tasty and it'd been quite a while since I'd had one. Chopped down a Ding Dong from Sis. More Dodger game leftovers for dinner. Two dogs and buns, plus 2 chicken tenders from Albertson's. Also shared a large container of chicken Caesar salad with Sis. Topped it all off with 4 Red Vines.
October 16th
Raided the Albertson's leftovers for lunch. One baked chicken breast and the last of the potato wedges, plus 8 Red Vines. Snacked on a tangerine fruit bar. Sis brought home Dodger game leftovers for dinner. Some shredded BBQ pork and two hot dogs with buns. The buns were super dry. I gave quite a bit to the dog. Also fixed one with mustard and relish. That was good. For dessert, Sis also brought home some client provided cookies. I had three. Sugar, peanut butter and chocolate.
October 15th
Heated up a BBQ and cheesy chunk potato Stouffer's dinner. Snacked on a couple Red Vines, then a PB & J sandwich and 4 toasted waffles. And cotton candy. For dinner Sis made beef flavored rice a roni and cooked up a couple Omaha burgers.

October 14th
Enjoyed plenty of cottage cheese with 16 Triscuits for breakfast. Snacked on 6 Red Vines, more BBQ potato chips and a tangerine fruit bar. Sis and I had Panda Express for dinner. I ODed big time. Rangoon, fried shrimp, noodles, double order of BBQ pork. Topped it off with a Big Stick.
October 13th
Started my day with a serving and a half of Milk Duds. For lunch I heated up a small Stouffer's frozen meatloaf dinner with mashed potatoes. Later I heated up a leftover green quesadilla and snacked on BBQ potato chips and a banana and 4 Red Vines. Basically I spent the day grazing. Ended it by scrambling up a couple eggs. Yeah, I was crazing the protein.

October 12th
Broke into the Milk Duds. Ate a serving of 13, then later another 6. For lunch I heated up two leftover green quesadillas. Mid afternoon snack of cottage cheese and 16 Triscuits. Early evening snack of movie popcorn. Ate more than I anticipated, then again, I didn't think I'd be eating any of the leftover corn. Put off dinner longer than I should have. Heated up baked chicken: thigh and wing. Also some potato wedges. Sis and I finished off the pumpkin decorated white sheet cake.

October 11th
Didn't eat anything before heading out to the movies. Had a few slurps of white cherry Icee, but nowhere near half. Enjoyed a box tray of popcorn with just a couple pumps of butter topping. Didn't go as crazy as I sometimes do. During the show I had some Red Vines (4, I think.) Got home and was a veg. Enjoyed a Big Stick and then a nap. For dinner I fixed pasta roni Parmesan and Sis fixed Omaha hamburgers, two each. More cake.
October 10th
Started my day with 3 dark chocolate pieces - again. What an interesting way to start the day, no? Didn't eat again until evening when Sis returned from errands. Had less than half of a tall container of Albertson's chicken Caesar salad. Followed that up with some potato wedges and baked chicken, thigh and drumstick. And then we had cake. White sheet cake with buttercream frosting. Seriously.
October 9th
Didn't eat until late again. Weird sleep cycle and anxiety getting to me, I guess. When I did eat, I didn't want to stop. Ground beef and cheese burrito, followed by a bean and cheese burrito. Then Sis came home after her work wedding reception and brought with her McDonald's desserts, mine being a caramel sundae. Later I snacked on a lid of buttery toffee popcorn.
October 8th
Woke up to 3 dark chocolate pieces and a Fig Newton pack. For some crazy reason I put off eating real food until pretty late in the day. Like after 10 p.m. That's when I heated up a green quesadilla. After Sis arrived we had hoagie rolls with three hot dogs each, a can of no bean chili, topped with shredded cheese. Damn, that was good! Last thing I ate was a Ding Dong Sis grabbed from the office.
October 7th
Went out for lunch, grabbing two chicken tostadas and a green quesadilla from El Taco. Snacked on a tangerine fruit bar. For dinner I had some microwave popcorn and one Omaha burger. Snacks at various times were: 4 fun size 100,000 Grand bars, 3 dark chocolate pieces and a Fig Newton pack

October 6th
Kick started my day with a Fig Newton 2 pack. Lunch was leftover pizza. Four slices of sausage and pepperoni, sausage and black olive, 2 each. Dinner looked like it was going to be miscellaneous whatever until Sis changed her mind and asked me what I wanted. That turned out to be In and Out. A double-double and a half. No onions. So good. And a strawberry shake. Oh, I also shared in the fries. Actually had more than my usual two.

October 5th
Heated up the last of the 'spaghetti' for lunch. Snacked on a half dozen dark chocolate pieces. (Some had peanuts.) For dinner Sis and I prepared the Italian sausages that have been in our freezer for a while. Had one on a plain bun, the other with mustard and celery salt. Both were tasty. Pack of Fig Newtons late night.
October 4th
Heated up two green quesadillas for lunch, in frustration. Sis was OUT OF IT. Papa John's for dinner. 4 slices. Pepperoni and sausage or sausage and black olive. Plus Sis and I split their cinnamon dessert treat. I know I was overloaded with sugar.
October 3rd
Didn't eat before heading out to the theatre. Two mints at the show and thanks to Sis, two fun sized 100 Grand bars. That helped a lot. Stopped at Michael's and Del Taco before coming home. One del carbon taco and one crunchy taco are five bites of food. Zip, zip, gone. Also had a shredded beef combo burrito. Much later I had one of the leftover green quesadillas. They were also thinly made so it didn't go far, but took the edge off. Sis and I both snacked on microwave popcorn and butter toffee popcorn at different times. Two ice cream sandwiches. (I think it was a different brand cuz they didn't taste quite 'right'.)
October 2nd
Another Fig Newton pack in the morning. A plate of leftover 'spaghetti' for lunch. El Taco for dinner - YAY! Order of taquitos, a green quesadilla and about half of a thinly made ground beef and cheese burrito. As if that weren't enough, Sis and I shared some popcorn while watching TV. Then I had my Caramel Cone ice cream and she did herself up a small bowl.
October 1st
Snacked on some buttery toffee popcorn because it was conveniently located. When I finally got off the dime to fix lunch I had a peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich on wheat bread. Snacked on some dark chocolate pieces. Sis was determined to have a spaghetti-esque dinner in Mom's honor. Esque because we used penne pasta, and made it chunky like we like it. Onion, garlic, green pepper - YUM! Also shared some tasty garlic bread. Two Dove bars to complete the meal.
September 30th
Ate a pack of Fig Newtons for breakfast. Couldn't figure out lunch so ended up heated up a small Stouffer's lasagna in the microwave. Did it on full power when it should have been half. Yeah, there was some burnt cheese action. Snacked on a lime fruit bar and dark chocolate pieces. Sis stopped at JITB on her way home. 3 egg rolls, 6 mozzarella sticks, 2-3 chicken strips. I filled UP. Then topped off with a Dove bar.

Fixed myself a roast beef and provolone (one thick slice) sandwich on wheat bread. Also had the ripe banana. Snacked on a lime fruit bar. Put off dinner way too long. Sis fixed herself a fillet Mignon and me a sirloin tip. Then we finished off the white sheet cake.
September 27th
Since we couldn't decide on what to eat, Sis suggested Tostino pizza rolls as a snack. Then we both had cake. White sheet cake with buttercream icing. For dinner we tried the oven-bake raviolis with Alfredo sauce. So good. So was the garlic bread we had to go with it. Ended the day with another chocolate chip cookie.
September 26th
Kicked the day off with a slice of cake. Didn't eat an actual meal 'til quite late. Boston Market. 1/2 chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, creamed spinach and cornbread loaf. For dessert I enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie.
September 25th
Ate 2 fig newtons for breakfast and then snacked on four red vines and the last of the Triscuits. Toasted two waffles. Sis stopped at Del Taco. I had a macho taco, no sour cream, a chicken quesadilla and a shredded beef combo burrito.

4 Red Vines for breakfast. Such a sad, embarrassing habit. Then when I hit the family room I was moving things around and kind of lost my appetite. Ended up finishing off the roast beef, by itself, when I went back to the studio. Snacked on a berry pie (individual size.) After Sis came home we had Stouffer's French bread pizza with extra pepperoni and shredded cheese added. Then I had about 6 more red vines and a lid full of buttery toffee popcorn. Hmmm, might SOMEBODY have a sweet tooth???

Red Vines for breakfast! A whole dozen of 'em. Roast beef and cheddar (three slices) egg bagel sandwich. The egg bagel made it taste a little funky, but it was still good. Snacked on a lime fruit bar. Fixed myself a box of Pasta Roni for dinner. The white cheddar, shell variety. Sis came home with Del Taco. I had about half of a shredded beef combo burrito. She also bought those cream cheese, apple, caramel, fried dessert items again. When she said she had something sweet I so thought it was going to be a churro. I was excited thinking it might be a churro. I guess I failed to realize how enamored Sis was with these fried cream cheese do-hickeys.

September 22nd
Started my day off with a 2 pack of fig newtons and 1/2 oz. of roasted almonds. I need to replace my desk stash of nuts. For lunch I heated up a Claim Jumper dinner. The roasted turkey with gravy and stuffing and broccoli. It worked out quite well. Later I broke into the red vines and had 8 of them. Sis arrived home late and not really hungry for dinner. She asked if I wanted popcorn, but I was actually in the mood for chips and salsa. So, that's what I did with extra Mexican blend shredded cheese spicing things up.
September 21st
Went to the family room for my roast beef and cheddar sandwich lunch. Chowed down on my leftover blueberry muffin from Mimi's. Also snacked on a lime fruit bar. Didn't eat dinner 'til around 9:30-10. Sis came home uninterested in fish and went back out for El Taco. How could I refuse? Ordered taquitos and a chili relleno burrito. Later ate one of my berry pies (individual size.)

Sis, bless her, fixed me an egg bagel sandwich for breakfast - complete with cheddar cheese and ketchup. Also had a two pack of fig newtons. Snacked on a small bag of blue cotton candy. For dinner Sis picked up Mimi's. She was swayed into corn chowder because of someone's FB post. I had the buffalo chicken salad that includes a lot of greens, egg, onion, tomato, corn, shredded cheese and ranch dressing. Sis and I split 4/3 an order of fried zucchini and she shared her roll with me. For dessert, the chocolate mousse. This time they added the strawberries in their own preparation.

September 19th
Sis and I both slept in longer than expected. After being up a while I realized it was 3 and no wonder I'm hungry, right? So I bugged her and we settled on Stouffer's French bread pizza - Deluxe. I added some cheese and pepperoni. We followed that with dark chocolate Dove Bars. That was divine. Tried to get some chores done, but wasn't really all that ambitious. Went out after 10 to pick up meds and dinner. Sis felt like an angus burger. We split a large fries but I went for a filet of fish and 1/4 pounder with cheese. She hit the McFlurry, while I had three sugar cookies.
September 18th
Fixed myself a roast beef and cheddar sandwich, out of sheer lack of imagination. Oh, and the fixings need to be consumed. Finished off my box of Milk Duds, which wasn't the best thing I could have done to my teeth, given the hardness of those babies. For dinner Sis and I agreed we were on our own. I fixed a box of Pasta Roni Parmesan and two Ball Park hot dogs. Snacked on a lime fruit bar. Sis brought home cookies from the office, some client had brought 'em in. I had 5 miscellaneous goodies and 2 long fig newtons.
September 17th
Sis was too stiff and sore to go to work, so she got the job done from home. Seems to me if she can do this a few times a week it'd save the hell outta gas money and physical stress. I prepped a couple grilled cheese sandwiches for us both. Nothing fancy, just American cheese and wheat bread. We split a can of peaches, I think they were in light syrup. Later we snacked on our own boxes of Tostino's pizza rolls. They are tasty. Still later we did a grocery run and then hit up Burger King. I had a Whopper with cheese, no mayo, 5 chicken fries, shared order of onion rings and then snacked on about 1/2 a box of Milk Duds.
September 16th
For lunch I fixed myself a roast beef and cheddar sandwich on two slices of whole wheat bread and finished off what was left of the potato salad. I think it was a healthy serving. Pull off having dinner way too late. Ended up having three egg rolls when Sis arrived home and then a small bag of cotton candy. (Did I really not have anything between sandwich and egg rolls???)

Maid service arrived nice and early. Waited to eat until after. Hit up JITB and really overdid it. Three egg rolls, 6 mozzarella sticks, 4 chicken strips and the chocolate overload cake. Eaten over time, but damn. Dinner was much, much later with Sis. She picked up Mimi's. I had the spinach/artichoke dip. Very greasy with the toasty bread. Chocolate mousse for dessert.

Heated up the last two slices of pizza for lunch and followed it with the last homemade brownie. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds and then later some cottage cheese and 12 Triscuits. Put off dinner 'til way late for no good reason whatsoever. Did a reheat on the enchiladas adding a touch more shredded cheese. Enjoyed three of 'em. Ended my day with a chocolate chip cookie from BM.

September 13th
Started another day with another brownie. Oh, so good... yet unhealthy. When Sis and I finally got around to having lunch it was Marie Calendar's frozen dinners. BBQ chicken with corn and potatoes. Snacked on a small bag of pink cotton candy. We unloaded over 10 boxes. Much to be happy about. For dinner we popped over to Boston Market, spotting a raccoon along the way. Yes, a real live running raccoon. Crazy thing to see in the 'burbs. Since BM was low on brisket I only got a half sandwich. So ordered a 1/4 chicken meal with creamed spinach. That also came with a corn muffin. Sis and I split a large order of cinnamon apples. So sweet. But it didn't stop me from having a chocolate chip cookie. Went to bed sated.

Heated up two leftover slices of Papa John's pizza and 4 chicken wings. Sis pawned off a sliver of cinnamon puff on me before she left for work. Snacked on some cottage cheese and a dozen Triscuits in the evening. Sis picked up Panda Express for dinner. Chowed on the extras - 2 rangoon, 2 veggie egg rolls, 5/6 fried shrimp. Then got into the meal itself. I had mandarin chicken, orange chicken and BBQ pork, plus very slawy chow mien. Ate about half of what was served me, thanks to all the pre-meal extras. Later had a corner square of homemade brownie. I could use more of that right about now.

Toasted 4 waffles for breakfast/lunch. Poured on the maple syrup and dabbled oleo too. Enjoyed a fresh banana. So nice. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. For dinner Sis ordered Papa John's. I had one slice of Tuscan cheese, thin crust and 3 slices of sausage & black olive or sausage & pepperoni. Since the order came with a free cinnamon desert I had about half of that as well. Went for the breakfast of champions. Meaning a scad of cookies. I think I had 4, maybe 5. After Sis got into the action I had another, the last. Damn, those cookies were good. Since cookies does not make a meal, I had two green quesadillas. That was more like lunch. For dinner I went light, sort of. I mean, I did have 6 chicken wings, but I also had a packed salad. The chicken santa fe ranch. Quite tasty and hit the spot.

September 7th
Sis and I got out in the morning to turn in her prescription slips. Stopped at Burger King on the way home and was amazed that for the first time in about a year their shake machine was working! I still went with the Coke Icee, but Sis finally had her chocolate shake. Along with my Icee I had two small orders of hash browns, an egg & sausage sourdough sandwich and a 3 piece order of French toast sticks. So full after all that. Wasn't hungry 'til late. Sis and I stepped out to pick up meds. That required two runs at the window because they gave her a vial when it should have been a needle. Hit El Taco too. The pup went with us and was so good and mellow. In fact, she got fussy when Sis wanted to move her... that's how much she'd settled in. Shared an order of taquitos with Sis and chowed on two chicken tostadas. Yum yum!

September 6th
Woke up freaking hungry, but waited. When I did finally eat, hours later, I started with two slices of the carrot raisin bread with oleo - leftovers from Mimi's. Then I fixed myself a bagel sandwich with 1/2 pack of pastrami and 3 slices of provolone. For dinner, Sis and I had stew fortified with extra green beans and corn. (Maybe even carrots too, I'm not sure.) I just had the one bowl. Followed it with 2 cups of butterscotch pudding. My guts were giving me issues, otherwise I might have eaten more.
September 5th
Sis didn't sleep well. Still in extraordinary pain, we think because of a pulled groin muscle. I hit McDonald's for breakfast. Sausage, egg McMuffins and two hash browns each. Plus we had our pineapple/coconut muffin from Mimi's. Tasty, dense batter. The fruit was very subtle. Not long after I drove Sis to the ER where she stayed 10 hours having all kinds of tests because they didn't think she could be in so much pain from a pulled groin. But all the tests were fruitless. By the time she left the hospital, around 10:30, we were both starving. Drop prescription, hit JITB. We both had two egg rolls and shakes. Mine was chocolate, while she went for the Oreo. I also tried their chirzo burrito. Picture looked better than it was. Sis had an ultimate cheeseburger, but was having a real hard time finishing it. Long, stressful day for her.
September 4th
Started my day off with 2 cups of 1% milk and a ton of Raisin Bran. Then I didn't eat 'til dinner. Waited too long, got too hungry. Ordered from Mimi's, their Parmesan chicken with spaghetti. When I saw the plate I thought, damn, that's too much food. Maybe I'll just eat half. But no. I ate the whole thing. And a sourdough loaf with oleo. Then came the much anticipated chocolate mousse dessert. Thank god it did not disappoint.

September 1st
Another day of tuna helper. I do love the stuff, but having it three days in a row is a bit much. Ate my packed chicken caesar salad as well. Snacked on a Pecan Crunch granola bar late afternoon/early evening. Sis arrived around 9:30 with Del Taco. I had a crunchy taco and a macho combo burrito. I had to attack the burrito a bit because of the sour cream. Ick. But it was quite filling. Didn't stop me from over indulging and hitting a chicken quesadilla. Almost no room for dessert. Sis and I both tried their caramel cream cheese rolls. (Not sure what they are actually called.) They were O.K. A bit much at the time though.
August 31st
Started my day with some tuna helper and a roll with oleo. Snacked on a tangerine bar. Stepped out to pick up meds that weren't ready. So sucked. Stopped at Burger King and got a Whopper with cheese combo, large with onion rings and a cherry Icee. That Icee felt so freaking good on my throat! Late night snack of cottage cheese and Triscuits (about 12.)

Woke up hungry but put off doing anything about it. A little too long. Had 6 leftover chicken wings, then Sis and I had homemade nachos with black olives. Snacked on a tangerine fruit bar. Dinner ended up being a bag of microwave popcorn and a bowl of Tin Roof Sundae ice cream.
August 29th
Got off my booty early and made tuna helper and brewed tea. The helper was tasty, as was the Santa Fe chicken ranch salad I had with it. (Includes corn.) Sis ran errands and picked up some BM sweets. Had a chocolate chip cookie. Put off dinner for a long time. Ended up heating up my ground beef and cheese burrito. Topped that off with a brownie. It was so good.

It was still quite tasty. At 3 I prepped a small role with oleo and fixed myself a PB & J on wheat bread. It was enough, without being too much.

Started my day by nibbling on 8 crackers to help push crap through my system. Used the ripening banana in a smoothie with milk, ice and mix. Drank the whole thing. Continued downing the Nilla Wafers, finishing off the box. Who knew they'd be such a great purchase. (I think it was 16 for the day.) Heated up 5 wings in the afternoon. Din with Sis was El Taco! I had two fabulous chicken tostadas that really hit the spot.

Felt awful all day. Headache, body ache, hard to swallow, sore throat, nasal drip. All kinds of yuck. Had 5 wings and a tangerine fruit bar. Sis fixed Lipton soup, of which I had a mug with 16 saltines. The mainstay of my day were the reduced fat Nilla Wafers. Had about 32 of them.

Got going with 16 Nilla Wafers - reduced fat. Then didn't eat again until Sis came home from work around 10 p.m. We had McDonald's and watermelon. Shared a large order of fries, 4 chicken nuggets, one filet of fish and one double cheeseburger. Apparently Sis was so hungry when ordering she almost went for Angus burgers. So glad she didn't.
August 24th
Due to my odd sleeping I didn't get up until quite late in the day. Then I had a two for one meal. Started with a tuna bagel sandwich with two slices of cheddar cheese and a tangerine fruit bar. Then I heated up leftover chicken wings (I think 5 of them) and potato wedges. Later I fixed myself a cup of coffee and enjoyed a dark chocolate Dove bar.

Headed to the theatre without eating anything. Had a few Milk Duds at the show and during the drive home. After a spell of down time, ate a full tub of chicken caesar salad. Two runs to the bathroom, thank you. Napped, then got up around 1 a.m. Watched some TV and had two chicken tenders, four chicken wings and several potato wedges.

The roast beef was the stuff that had been left out over night about a week ago. That did a number on my digestive track. The second sandwich was a good ole fashioned PB & J. Strawberry jam. Not mine.

Dropped my script in the mail and hit El Taco. Two crisp tacos and two green quesadillas. Boy did that fill me up. Snacked on a lime fruit bar. When Sis came home I wasn't really up for dinner. Had a bag of microwave popcorn and a small bowl of ground beef with pork and beans and corn. Topped that off with the last of the cake (plain) and two cupcakes from Ralph's.
August 19th
Poured myself two cups of milk and grabbed the box of Fruit Loops. It felt light enough. Had another piece of cake, plain this go round. Oven baked a Tony's pizza with added shredded cheese and sliced black olives. Snacked on pretzels and a lime fruit bar.
August 18th
Reheated two green quesadillas for lunch. Cleaned up the over ripe cherries and ate as many as I could stomach. For dinner Sis picked up Panda Express. Orange chicken and BBQ pork for me. We also had our own orders of fried shrimp and a shared order of rangoon. Pretty sure I ended the end having another piece of cherry chip cake with icing.

Headed to El Taco for a very late lunch, early dinner. Order of taquitos, one green quesadilla and a chili relleno burrito. I was quite disappointed because they failed to give me my crisp taco. It changed what I ate, obviously. Snacked on a lime fruit bar. Dinner with Sis was another green quesadilla and more cherry cake.
August 16th
Lunch was a gigantic crab salad. Plenty of iceberg and romaine and orange pepper and black olives. Toss in some celery and croutons. Add shredded cheese and ranch dressing. It was soooo good. And filling. Snacked on a lime fruit bar. Dinner was much, much later. Pork and beans with corn and ground beef. Ended the evening with some still-warm cherry chip cake and cherry icing. Delicious!

Ate a Pecan Crunch granola bar while sitting at my desk. Followed that up with some pretzels, mostly out of convenience. Sis popped a couple frozen dinners into the oven. Turkey with celery stuffing and mashed potatoes with gravy. It was good, but it didn't go very far. Ended up having more turkey for dinner, fixing myself a wheat bun hoagie. Gave the Pup about 4 of my slices, added two slices of provolone and mustard. Downed a whole bag of microwave popcorn and a lime fruit bar. Later chilling in the studio Sis and I had ice cream. I went for the Caramel Cone and ate the whole thing!

Started my day off with 3 blueberry muffins. Yum! Heated up two leftover meximelts and 4 chicken wings for lunch. Sis and I both had a Tony's frozen pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni for dinner. Followed that up with some pretzels. Pretzels are highly underrated.

For dinner I heated up the lasagna dinner that was purchased Sunday night. Also had the bread roll and piece of flatbread. Added oleo to the bread roll. While Sis and I wrapped up our evening in the studio we both had an ice cream sandwich.

Ate 4 old chicken wings before going to visit Dad in the hospital. Stopped at Wendy's after and chowed on 10 chicken nuggets and split a large chocolate Frosty with Sis. Hit Albertson's and then home. Eventually had 5 more (new/fresh) wings and some potato wedges for dinner. Enjoyed an ice cream sandwich too.
August 10th
Started my dad with the last of the BBQ potato chips. Eventually had a lemon fruit bar and fixed myself a roast beef and provolone sandwich on a wheat hoagie roll. Dined with Sis who arrived home earlier than usual due to circumstances with Dad. We enjoyed Taco Bell. Two soft tacos, 1 beef meximelt and a steak quesadilla for me. Ended up too full. Much, much later I enjoyed the caramel apple empanadas she also purchased.

August 9th
Sis prepped lunch, bless her heart. Can of chili with a can of corn added, plus hot dogs, 3 each. They'd been exposed in the fridge and needed to be eaten. Also chowed on some BBQ potato chips. Went out to dinner with the Popster +. A little bread, garden salad with ranch, Coke, linguine with a garlic Alfredo sauce and shrimps. Quite tasty. Finished it later and had 6 Oreos with a nice glass of milk.

Heated up two green quesadillas for lunch. Snacked on a lemon fruit bar. Kinda late dinner with Sis. Brawts on wheat buns with plenty of green peppers and onions. Followed that up with some Lay's BBQ chips, then a glass of milk and 10 Oreo cookies. Yes, I had a hard time stopping myself.

Kind of a one meal day, with snacks. Bulked up on lunch having a roast beef and provolone sandwich, peanut butter 1/2 sandwich and a bowl of salsa with added cheese, plus chips. Didn't eat again until after 11 p.m. when Sis arrived. We both had a bag of microwave popcorn. Then I had either 6 or 8 Oreos. (Now I can't remember)

Fixed myself a roast beef and provolone sandwich on wheat bread. Completed the meal with two butterscotch pudding packs. Snacked on three bite sized pieces of Hershey's dark chocolate. For dinner I heated up a small Stouffer's lasagna. Also had a peanut butter half sandwich, which tasted sooo good. After Sis arrived we shared the 'personal sized' watermelon. That, too, really hit the spot. (The tip of my tongue was quite angry all day.)

August 4th
Leftovers for lunch. Dug into the remaining potato wedges and chicken wings. I think I had seven wings. Snacked on a lemon fruit bar. Soooo hungry by the time Sis got home around 10:20. We had our leftover Red Lobster. For me that meant a cheddar biscuit, 4 garlic shrimp, 1/2 lobster tail, some rice and broccoli. After that we hit the family room for two hours of Big Brother and a bag of Mouse Munch (dark chocolate mix.) I don't think my tongue is too happy that I finished the bag.

Up way too early. 3:52 in the morning. Headed downtown for jury duty. Nature Valley Pecan Crunch granola bar for breakfast, along with a bottle of water. For lunch I bought a Diet Pepsi from the vending machine and downed my pastrami and cheddar (3 slices) bagel sandwich. Set free. Came home and heated up two green quesadillas for dinner. Had one bite size dark chocolate bar and a heap of cherries, after Sis arrived (around midnight?)

Two rootbeer barrels at Fiddler on the Roof. No Topol - boo! His understudy was great though, so KUDOS to David!!! Hit Red Lobster afterward. It's been years. Three cheddar biscuits, a garden salad DROWNING in blue cheese dressing, 4 scallops, 1/2 lobster tail, 2 coconut shrimp and 2 garlic/butter shrimp and a few bites of broccoli. I could have kept eating but so glad I stopped when I did. Another one meal day.

Headed out to a matinee of Spamalot. Single meal day, as it turned out. 6 chicken wings (from Albertson's), chicken Caesar salad (1/2 tub) and potato wedges. Followed up with a lemon fruit bar. Sis munched on white chocolate, macadamian nut mouse munch. I had about 10 kernels. Not my thing. Two small bite-sized Hershey's dark chocolate bars.
July 31st
Didn't eat before my afternoon doctor's appointment. All's well, I'm just the nervous sort. Heated up a ground beef and cheese burrito. That lasted me quite a while, which was a good thing. Dined with Sis quite late. Like after midnight. Downed more fries than she wanted to share, had 5 chicken nuggets and one filet o' fish.

Heated up a couple green quesadillas for lunch. Snacked on a lemon fruit bar. Had dinner pretty late. Fixed myself a pastrami and cheddar cheese sandwich on wheat bread. Used about half of the meat and two slices of cheese. Then snacked on a whole bag of dark chocolate mix mouse munch.
July 29th
A BK breakfast of hashbrowns and egg, sausage, cheese croisandwich. Also had a Coke Icee that I shared with Sis. Dinner was reheated green quesadillas, two. Later, after Sis got home we had some of the new microwave popcorn. So good I ate a lot more than I anticipated. Also went for the Caramel Cone ice cream.

Gave blood. Hit BK for lunch. Had myself a Coke Icee, Whopper with cheese, no mayo. Couldn't hardly tell there were onions. Did eat plenty of onion rings. 6 chicken fries. Intrusion around 6 p.m. So annoying. Dinner with Sis. Homemade nachos with ground beef and black olives.

Heated up two green quesadillas for lunch. Snacked on the last tangerine fruit bar. Fixed myself a turkey and cheddar bagel sandwich for dinner. The pup took about 6 slices of turkey off of me. I had three slices of cheddar. Oh, and three pickle spears. Think that's it.

Finished off my dark chocolate moose munch. Sis also shared some caramel peanut butter moose munch. Not my thing, so much. We both had Stouffer's French Bread Pizza for dinner. With extra shredded cheese and pepperoni. She had ice cream, I watched TV and vegged.
July 24th
Heated up a California Pizza Kitchen flat bread sandwich for lunch. It had bacon, tomato and I think chicken on it. Ate it like it was pizza 'cause really it felt like it was. Oh, later had four toaster waffles with oleo and plenty of maple syrup. Sis came home around 10 with El Taco. I had an order of taquitos and a chili relleno burrito. So good. Also good, H & D moose munch. Sis cracked into the tub and I got the dark chocolate. Put a major dent in it.
July 23rd
Took my vitamins today - YAY! Sis stopped at BK for breakfast so I had an order of hash browns and an egg, sausage and cheese croisandwich. Ended up putting lunch way off. Had a Nature Valley Pecan crunch granola bar and a corn dog. Then Sis showed up way late and we rearranged our calendar so I ended up eating a real dinner (and not giving blood Friday morning.) Microwaved 3 fish filets, that really do need to be oven cooked. Also had some Uncle Ben microwave four cheeses rice. Sis let me have a little popcorn while we watched Big Brother off the DVR.

Heated up two small Stouffer's frozen dinners for lunch. The first was BBQ with some kind of cheese potatoes. The second was a pasta dish with a basil, garlic sauce. Snacked on a tangerine fruit bar. Ate dinner way late, like 1 a.m. late, after Sis arrived with McDonald's. Had a few fries. They were too brunt and crispy for me. Downed my Quarter Pounder with cheese. I talking woofed. Then did up some microwave popcorn. Let Sis have a little. I do mean little.

Heated up a ground beef and cheese burrito for a very late lunch. Sis had to work even though it was Sunday. Later heated up two leftover green quesadillas and made some brownies. Had a tangerine fruit bar before diving into the brownies. Had two of those.

For lunch Sis reheated two green quesadillas for me. Snacked on a tangerine fruit bar. Dinner was a medley of leftovers. Three frozen fish filets, salsa with shredded cheese, Mission chips, two JITB egg rolls, 20 oz. green tea. Ended the night with some butter pecan ice cream.
July 17th
Finished off the Lucky Charms with a cup of 1% milk. Went light because of how late I was having lunch. For dinner Sis stopped at El Taco. Yay! One order of taquitos, a

July 16th
Heated up a very full plate of leftover spaghetti for lunch. Added some shredded cheese as well. Din with Sis was pretty late. 10:30-11:30 I think. JITB. I had chicken strips to myself, one egg roll, half an order of potato wedges and half of an ultimate cheeseburger - no sauce. Plus, a small strawberry shake. It left me bloated. Uncomfortably so.
July 15th
Had two cups of milk and a ton of Lucky Charms for lunch. For dinner I cranked up the oven and stove. Heated some Gorton's fish filets (4) and herbs pasta roni. Sis ate the same, but later. Ended my day with glorious Caramel Cone ice cream.

July 12th
Up and out early. Did a run on El Taco and had myself (once I was back at home) a egg and sausage burrito. It tasted great. Really don't need to another meat. Then we had a drop by and naps and gaming. For dinner I started with a green quesadilla reheat. It didn't go very far. Fixed a plate of spaghetti and shared in the last of the bread. Cleaned up the cherries, which made for a great desert.
July 11th
Put off lunch for too long. Ended up having a Celeste pizza with extra shredded cheese and pepperoni. Snacked on a lime fruit bar. Went to see Oleanna. Dinner was late night. Sis fixed spaghetti only to discover that we didn't have a jar of sauce. We improvised with a can of tomato sauce and can of stewed tomatoes. Still worked out pretty darn well. Onions, red pepper, green pepper, black olives, ground beef and Parmesan cheese to boot. We also had some garlic bread. New to us brand that was quite tasty. Made room for desert, just barely. One ice cream sandwich.

Fixed myself a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches. Nothing fancy, just American cheese and Roman Meal bread. Snacked on a lime fruit bar and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Another way late dinner. Three hot dogs, some chicken quesadilla pasta roni and a homemade quesadilla with Mexican shredded cheese, black beans and red peppers. Topped off the night with a little butter pecan ice cream.

Sis had a DDS appointment and brought home McDonald's after. Egg & sausage McMuffin with cheese and an order of hashed browns. Later I snacked on a Chex Mix bar and had a cup of milk with some Lucky Charms. Dinner ended up being quite late, and more fast food. JITB. We did a lot of sharing. I had two egg rolls, two chicken strips, some curly fries, and potato cheese wedges and a small chocolate shake. Yes, with the whipped topping and cherry.

Thank goodness Sis bought extra El Taco on the 4th (which we weren't hungry for) 'cause it made great reheats. We split the bean & cheese and beef & cheese burritos. I think that worked out well. Very filling and yet, not too much. I downed a can of V8 and vitamins. Really need to be taking vitamins regularly. For dinner we had two Omaha burgers and the corn on the cob. It ended up overcooked and not tasting so fresh but I'm so glad we finally ate it. We also put the blackberries/raspberries to use in margaritas. The seeds drove us nuts though. I also had two small French rolls with oleo. It was all very filling.

Made some guacamole and enjoyed it with chips. Went to D/S and had two BBQ chicken drumsticks, M's potato salad with black olives, and jalapenos. Had one deviled egg. Chow was followed by bday cake (strawberry, fingerlady, cream thing) and vanilla ice cream with a strawberry swirl. Sis ate most of my ice cream. Tried Wendy's toffee coffee. Tasty and surprisingly filling. Then a green quesadilla and a small Hershey's bar.

Started my day with a huge piece of white sheet cake. It took me a long time to get through it, but I managed. Then there was the long dry spell of, what do you want to do, I don't know, what do you want to do? That ultimately resulted in my having a tortilla concoction of colby/jack cheese, black beans and red peppers. Snacked on about 18 slices of pepperoni. Again, much later, I had an Omaha hamburger with a slice of American cheese with two slices of wheat bread and mustard. Ended my day with three small Hershey bars. 3x, P, anxiety

Heated up a leftover steak quesadilla for lunch, then followed that with the three leftover ribs from Chris 'n' Pitts. Snacked on some cotton candy that had crystallized so it wasn't the greatest dining experience. Dinner ended up being a Chex Mix bar. Mostly 'cause I couldn't figure out what else to do.

June 30th
Again started my day with a Chex Mix bar. For lunch I reheated two beef meximelts from Taco Bell. Put off dinner longer than I should have. Heated up one of the steak quesadillas and finally made the antojitos. Sis and I each had a dozen. I think because I wasn't measuring things out they were bigger and more saucy than they were supposed to be, but the ingredients were all there and they were tasty. It's a layered dish of tortilla, tomato, black beans, cheese, red pepper, green onion and salsa. We can try it again.

Started my day off by trying the Turtle Chex Mix Bar. It's practically a candy bar. Higher in fiber, sure, but also higher in sodium. Ended up lunching on Taco Bell after hitting up Hollywood Video. Enjoyed three crunchy tacos and a Fiesta steak burrito. Didn't realize they came with sour cream, but I still enjoyed. The rice helped. And giving away many tortilla treats to the pup made it all the more interesting. Put off dinner. Heated up a half dozen spicy wings and shared some microwave popcorn with Sis. She'd had a day.

Enjoyed my leftover baked potato with plenty of oleo. Later heated up a couple ribs when I realized how the day was going. Sis hit the store, but later than expected. I had 5 spicy wings and we shared a container of chicken caesar salad. I believe during the day I had a handful of Starbursts. But the topper of the day was a large piece of white sheet cake. Sis hit it again.

Didn't eat 'til we got back from the concert around 5 p.m. Chris 'n' Pitts though, so it was worth it. Grabbed a couple of Sis' fries. Had some roast beef from the combo plate but really focused in on the four ribs. Also had a small dinner salad with blue cheese dressing and 1/2 loaf garlic bread. Popped about a half dozen Starbursts. Later snacked on a bowl of microwave popcorn. Thought I would also have some string cheese but it didn't taste quite right.

Heated up two green quesadillas for lunch. Followed them with the last of the caramel apple cookies - 2 and a broken off bit. Snacked on Starbursts throughout the day, eating about 18 altogether. Sis brought home cream puffs from work. I devoured them (5). We both had Hungry Man meatloaf dinners. The brownies on both spread to where they weren't supposed to be. Mine wasn't so bad, on the mashed potatoes, but Sis' was gross, all mixed into her corn.

Sis had a doctor's appointment regarding her hand. Carpal tunnel syndrome. She's on Advil and using a splint. Lunch was an order of taquitos and one chicken tostada. Finished the 1% milk, about 16 oz. worth with Fruit Loops. Had a bowl from Sis' bag of microwave popcorn then a 14 oz. container of Caramel Cone ice cream. So tasty.

Mixed up some salsa with Mexican blended shredded cheese and scooped it up with a number of Mission chips. That was lunch. Didn't have dinner until late. Two beefy hot dogs (not Ball Park) and most of a Pasta Roni Parmesan.

Had a mixed bag for lunch. A couple corn tortillas with leftover enchilada beef, shredded cheese and diced tomatoes, a drumstick and 4 chicken wings. Snacked on 3 caramel apple cookies. Dinner was another round of tortilla fun and a small salad with tomatoes, yellow pepper and black olives added. Ate another 2 (or 3?) cookies while watching Horton Hears A Who. I had to pass to container to Sis to avoid eating any more of them.

Heated up a fried chicken thigh, five chicken wings and some leftover black beans and wheat rice for lunch. Very filling. Snacked on three caramel apple cookies. Didn't bother with dinner 'til late. Made a tortilla treat using 2 flour, some Mexican blend shredded cheese and leftover enchilada beef with onions. Very tasty. Then when Sis was home, settled and main coursed, we both had double servings of strawberry shortcake - finishing off the supplies. God, I love real whipped cream.

Woke up with a long list of things to do. Spent the morning arranging and cooking and waiting - high anxiety I tell you. More Starbursts throughout the day. No clue how many I had but it was a lot. Guacamole and chips, two beef enchiladas, wheat rice and black bean dish, small green salad with yellow peppers and tomatoes, margarita, strawberry margarita, a game of Risk and strawberry shortcake with real whipped cream. It was a full day. Had the house back around 6:30. Napped. Woke up hungry and had 8 wings and 2 apple, caramel (store bought) cookies.
June 20th
Cleaning the house for Father's Day. Oy! Had 2 breakfast lean pockets, then a bunch of Starbursts. Dinner was grocery deli of chicken thigh and drumstick, wings (4 or 5, I think) and potato wedges. My body ached for rest.

Sis picked up dinner from Panda Express, fighting HS graduates and their families all the way. 2 rangoon, order of fried shrimp, mandarian chicken, BBQ pork, noodles and shared my fortune cookies with the pup.

Enjoyed a turkey sandwich on wheat with a slice of American cheese, pepperoni pieces and mustard. Apparently it was a good thing I didn't look too long and hard at the whole loaf of bread... Sis tells me this morning that it was turning. Dinner ended up being Chipotle because Panda Express isn't as kind in their hours of operation. They like to close up shop at the risk of losing customers. No problem for me. I enjoyed my carnitas bowl with corn salsa, black beans, cheese, rice, guacamole and plenty of lettuce. Yum! And now I feel better about dining there, after seeing the World News report on the owner and happy pigs farm.

A ball of fuzzy fur of nothingness. Wasn't up long before I was ready for a nap. It lasted for hours. Had my raisin carrot muffin (with oleo) around 5 p.m. Chatted with Sis and she wasn't feeling so hot either, though her symptoms were more specific. Difficulty swallowing. Sis arrived late and got me going. I was hungry just incredibly lethargic. Ended up having the 3/4 of Cobb salad from Mimi's that I didn't have the night before. That was 10:45-11. A couple hours later Sis and I both had the lemon cake she bought at Ralph's. It was good, better than I expected actually.

Started my day with Nature Valley granola bars - Pecan Crunch. Made it last longer than I should have, I'm sure. Fixed a cheese and pepperoni floor tortilla as a snack. That held me over for dinner. Ordered from Mimi's the appetizer dish of spinach and artichoke dip that comes with butter toasted bread. So good. Had about a fourth of a Cobb salad, minus the onions. I did eat all the avocado though, because day old avo is gross. Also ate one white bread loaf and one slice of carrot raisin bread that came with. Full and bloated.

Leftovers for lunch. Sis and I split up what was left of the El Taco. Had 1 1/2 green quesadillas and about a 1/3 or so of a bean and cheese burrito. Definitely snacked on a grape fruit bar after getting some physical work done. Frustrated with dinner choices, we kept putting it off. The old English muffins kicked us into gear. We each had one, mine were topped with butter and bing cherry jam. Dinner ended up being two hot dogs and a shared cans of pork & beans and corn. Topped that with a couple scoops of Butter Pecan ice cream.

Stayed up too late, got up too late, ate late. Late, late, late, is all I ever seem to be or feel lately. Ha! Very late lunch of El Taco and JITB. Two chicken tostadas and a large chocolate shake. For dinner I had two quesadillas. Now I can't remember if I also squeezed in a fruit bar or not. Ugh!

Had some V8 with vitamins in the morning. That ended up being breakfast and lunch. Dinner was a chicken breast (KFC) and grape fruit bar. I thought I'd have something else when Sis got home but that was after 2 a.m. and I'd already fallen asleep. Real louse of a day.

June 7th
Ate a package of Pecan Crunch granola bars while sitting at my desk. Phone call disturbed my day causing a major time gap between my breakfast snack and eventual dinner of leftover pizza. Had the last four slices of John's favorite and one slice of black olive and sausage. I ate it in two rounds just to avoid over stuffing.

June 6th
Skipped breakfast again. Leftovers for lunch. Tasty leftovers. More KFC - thigh and wing, plus the last of the mac and cheese. For din-din Sis and I ordered a pizza delivery. I had three slices of 'John's favorite' that is pepperoni, sausage and six cheeses, and one slice sausage and black olive. Later Sis scooped us a couple bowls of spumoni ice cream. I discovered it's really not my thing.

Started my day off with a lot of Corn Pops and 12 oz. of 1% milk. Sis arrived early to head to LB for D/S pick up. I spent time out and about. Ended up picking up Sis and the pup and then Panda. Chow mein, mandarin chicken and BBQ pork. No extras. I did finish my meal.

Passed on breakfast. Not feeling all that well. Bloated. Finished a plate of mac & cheese and KFC for lunch. Drumstick and thigh again. Late din-din with Sis. I think it was around 11 when we were finally eating. 3 tacos. We did the ground beef with taco seasoning packet. Cheese, tomato and lettuce/romaine to top.

June 3rd
So wanted to talk myself out of making the mac & cheese but after listening to a little of the Dr. Phil show I had a change of heart. Very late lunch was a turkey sandwich with a slice of American cheese. The bread was the generic wheat and it tasted like it. Also finished off the cheddar chunk. Probably 2-3 oz. Dinner was aforementioned mac & cheese, healthy scoop, and some KFC chicken. Don't know if it was original or crispy. Their crispy hasn't been that crispy for years now. Anywho, had a drumstick and thigh, my favorites. Sis and I finished off the marble sheet cake. Boy does the pup love her some icing.

June 2nd
It took me a long time to finally eat something. I snacked on the last 8 gummi treats, but didn't have the last of the deli until it was about 7 p.m. 1 tender, 3 or 4 wings and a few potato wedges. Sis arrived around 10 and we shared a can of bean with bacon soup, fortified with a couple of hot dogs. We also had a corn dog each. Then cake. The flowers weren't evenly distributed so Sis asked for some of mine. She and the pup got 'em.

June 1st
Started my day with Raisin Bran, even though I didn't need to. Approx. 12 oz. of milk. For dinner I started with two leftover green quesadillas, larger than most. Then I heated up some leftover deli: potato wedges, 2 tenders and 6 or 7 wings. Worked on DVD and VHS collections and skipped drinking anything for too long. By the time I hit the studio again I downed two sodas boom-boom. Enjoyed another slice of marble cake.

May 31st
Stayed up way too late again. Such a bad habit. Throws off my whole day. Lunched on my last plate of leftover spaghetti. Finished off the garlic bread too. The box of Texas toast really worked out well. Snacked a little bit on more of the sugar-free gummi treats. Dinner was Albertson's deli. 3 tenders - harder than they needed to be, 7 wings and some potato wedges. Closed the day out with a corner piece of marble cake. Why do I love buttercream frosting so much?

May 30th
Breakfast for lunch again. 4 toaster waffles with a ton of maple syrup and a small glass of milk. Snacked on more of those sugar-free gummi treats. You really can't eat but 5 at a time. Dinner was a two parter. Plate of spaghetti with Parmesan cheese, then two green quesadillas - spread over time. Stayed up late enough, too late really, that I later had a dessert/snack of brown sugar Pop Tarts. Not quite as dried out as I expected, but certainly not fresh.

May 29th
After dropping Daddie-o and his 2nd Mrs. at the airport I swung through McDonald's. Had myself 2 sausage McMuffins and 2 hash browns. Too much to eat at one time but I was a hungry fool. No lunch - go figure. Then ODed for dinner. Order of taquitos, 2 chicken tostadas, which had me full up but when Sis called around 11 asking about a shake order I went for it. Large strawberry from JITB. Yes, with the whipped topping and everything.
May 28th
Skipped breakfast all together and fixed myself a Hungry Man frozen dinner for lunch. Salisbury Steak with a mushroom gravy, that I shifted through. Blah green beans and so so mashed potatoes, plus about 3 bites of brownie. Dinner turned out to be a long ordeal. Sis spent so much time at work and I was trying to eat with her that my meal ended up going from 8 - 12:30/1 a.m. I started with my packed caesar salad. Then had a garlic bread snack, 2 slices. While cutting up the Italian sausage I had a few chunks. Broke out the butterscotch pudding and Cool Whip. When Sis finally arrived and settled, that's when I had a small plate of spaghetti. Wasn't really all that hungry, but it smelled so damned good with the garlic, onion, peppers. I couldn't resist.

May 27th
Annoyed by the late awakening of Sis. Another noon breakfast. Approx. 12 oz. 1% milk and Cheerios. I'd already had a handful of dry Corn Pops and several sugar-free gummi treats. Fixed myself a snack in late afternoon, when feeding the pup. Two flour tortillas, colby jack shredded cheese and pepperoni. Felt like having either pizza or chicken for dinner. Neither worked out. Roast beef and cheddar hoagie and Toastino's pizza rolls instead. It was tasty, hitting the right spot. Finished my caramel cone ice cream while watching the end of Season 2 - Dexter.

May 26th
Got up when I was supposed to but I was alone in that. After a couple calls Sis got up. She then fell asleep getting dressed. Breakfast at noon - so annoying. 4 generic frozen waffles with a 1/2 can of blueberries (removed from a muffin mix) and Cool Whip. So good. Lunch was leftovers. 2 chicken tenders, some cheddar cheese, then later I finished off the cottage cheese and Triscuits. Good thing too, 'cause that cheese was 10 days past expiration and just starting to smell. Nachos for dinner while watching Dexter. Watched three episodes and enjoyed a 1/2 pint of HD caramel cone during the last episode. Now only have 2 more episodes to finish off Season 2.

May 25th
Started the day off write with cereal and about 1 1/2 cups 1% milk. Finished off the generic raisin bran, thank goodness, and supplemented it with Corn Pops. For lunch I had the Santa Fe Style Caesar salad, just in time. Also snacked on some corn chips and 4 Thin Mints. For dinner Sis and I had leftover deli. 7 wings, 3 tenders and some potato wedges for me. Topped off with a bowl of not quite ripe enough cherries.

May 24th
A day at the park. Roast beef and cheddar chunk cheese hoagie with corn chips and a half dozen thin mints. Also broke out a juice box - mixed berry. Snacked on a few sugar-free citrus gummis. So super hard. Sis tells me they are about 5 years old. It shows. Sis and I shared a tub of Albertson's chicken casaer salad. Dinner was more deli. 4 wings (2 zesty and 2 homestyle), 3 chicken tenders and some potato wedges. Never did do anything (cherries, apples, ice cream brownies) about dessert. It's just as well. *** First day of lodine - 1 pill.

May 23rd
Had my last leftover green quesadilla before joining Sis for nachos with sliced black olives. The cheese was oddly thick this go round. We put off dinner 'til after our evening viewing of Ain't Misbehavin'. Got home ravenous. Fixed our steaks and angel hair pasta with herb sauce. My steak was a good sized rib eye. So tasty & juicy!
May 22nd
Put off eating too long. Late lunch was leftover El Taco. 2 green quesadillas and a lime fruit bar. Dinner was around midnight after Sis arrived. So hungry I ate too much and too much crap. Some seasoned curly fries, Ultimate cheeseburger (no sauce) and an order of chicken strips.

Was supposed to go to the lab for blood work. Skipped it. Napped. Just felt all kinds of ick. Ate two packs of string cheese and 5 chocolate chip cookies after feeding the pup. So yeah, that was around 6:30. Did an El Taco run and so dinner was 2 crunchy tacos and a chili relleno burrito. Topped that off with a lime fruit bar. A one meal, plus snacks, day.

May 20th
Woke up freakin' hungry. Chowed on a Nature Valley Pecan Crunch granola bar and downed a V8 with my vitamins. Why is it when the doc appointment rolls around I suddenly remember to take my vits? Lunch was a lot of cottage cheese and Triscuits. When you break the seal on an expired cheese product it's best to eat as much of it as possible as early as possible. Finally had the chocolate mousse pie. Clearly overbuying at Mimi's. Oh, and I added extra Cool Whip since that too is past it's prime. Late sup with Sis. Two hot dogs and no beans chili with added corn. The meal was great, but not enough. Went to bed and woke up hungry.

May 19th
Had no breakfast and a really late lunch. Roast beef and provolone (3 slices) on a plain bagel, plus 5 chocolate chip cookies. Dinner was the chicken parmasean meal Sis ordered from Mimi's. We split it. Came with breaded meat and spaghetti. After that I had two parts of a mousse trio. Lemon with blueberries for a topping and raspberry with rasp. sauce and strawberries. Too full for chocolate.

May 18th
A healthy breakfast of scrambled eggs (2 1/2), micro bacon (7 slices) and an english muffin with oleo and blueberry jam. Then I ate the Mimi's blueberry muffin I saved from the day before. Another day of vitamins - yay! Took 'em with V8 and 1/2 lipi in prep for Thursday morning. Sis wanted another run at Mimi's. This time around I had the West Coast Reuben which isn't a reuben at all. Rye bread, yes, but everything else is different. Ham and turkey with coleslaw. It was okay, but I won't be doing it again. We also split an appetizer of coconut shrimp. I had two. (We used a FREE coupon.) Had some fries but I think the pup ate more of 'em.

May 17th
Woke up hungry but out of time. Went to see Dirty Dancing. Sis had a craving for Mimi's so that was breakfast/lunch/dinner. Crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing (onions, tomatoes, carrots, cheddar cheese, egg) and a bowl of corn chowder. They gave us a bread basket so we each had a white loaf and slice of carrot/raisin bread. With oleo. After watching some shows I grabbed the bottle of limoncello and headed to the studio. Much later I had a snack of 2 reheated beef meximelts. No dessert.
May 16th
Sis ran errands and came back with KFC. I tried the new grilled chicken meal (2 piece - drumstick and thigh) with mashed potatoes and sweet corn. Sis gave me her biscuit so I ended up having two. The new chicken is tasty but they make you wait for it. Finally took vitamins again. Popped a small can of V8 to help down 'em. Dinner was onhand. A pastrami/provolone bagel sandwich with mustard, 3 dill pickle spears, sour cream 'n' onion Pringles (36) and 9 small chocolate chip (made from a pouch) cookies with a small glass of milk.

First meal of the day was leftover El Taco. Two green quesadillas. Later I snacked on a lime fruit bar, some pretzel sticks and 1/2 oz. stale, roasted almonds. Dinner was leftover Taco Bell. Two beef meximelts. And plenty of peanut brittle. Plenty for me way... considering I only moderately like the stuff.

May 14th
My afternoon doc appointment acting as an appetite suppresant. The appointment was no big thing, but I get so damned nervous any time I have to see a doc. Stopped at El Taco before coming home. Chowed on two chicken tostadas, then a green quesadilla. Watched the ABC prime time line up. Snacked on Triscuits (20) and cottage cheese while watching DVR shows and waiting for Sis who didn't show 'til after 1 a.m. There's catching up and then there's crazy.
May 13th
Woke up really hungry. Had a Nature Valley peanut butter granola bar. Followed that up with some leftover Taco Bell for lunch. Steak quesadilla, beef meximelt and a bean burrito. I was stuffed. Didn't do dinner 'til Sis arrived. She was surprisingly early due to a computer glitch at work. Reheated green quesadillas, I couldn't be happier.

Enjoyed a warm pastrami & provolone bagel sandwich with mustard and dill pickle spears for lunch. Not much effort for a nice meal. Snacked on a lime fruit bar and stale pretzel sticks. Sis picked up El Taco for din-din. Order of taquitos and a chili relleno burrito for me. Finished the HD Rocky Road ice cream. It amounted to a very small scoup. But it was sweet and chocolate and hit the spot.

May 11th
First meal of my day was lunch, which is so typical. Had leftover tuna helper. Not enough of it, but it was tasty. Ate a small bag of pink cotton candy. 110 calories of pure sugar. Later I snacked on a homemade pepperoni quesadilla with black olives. Dinner was way late. Waiting for Sis to call, even when she was the one who said she would, is ridiculous. I should know better. And leaving a voicemail message - what a joke. Two hours later, she calls back letting me know she just then leaving the office. Great. So much for errands and such. Ended up with a Taco Bell dinner. 2 crunchy tacos, 1 beef meximelt and 1 steak quesadilla.

Started my day with an apple fritter and original glazed donut. Lunch/dinner was a lovely steak dinner, rib eye with cheesy rice and green beans. Dessert ended up being the last of the 3 original glazed donuts. Later I snacked on a cheese, pepperoni and black olive quesadilla. Homemade style.

May 9th
Started my day off right with the dregs of the pasta salad. It was still good, baby! Later I had a tangerine fruit bar, also finishing those off. Since there wasn't much pasta, I had a couple corn dogs as well. I would have been perfectly fine with plain dogs, but Sis wasn't. Dinner ended up being Tuna Helper. Time got away from Sis so we had dinner before her errands and then she didn't do all of her errands and me and the pup joined her for the important run to work. After hitting the office we headed over to Krispy Kreme. I ate one sour cream glaze and two original glazed. We have plenty more available...

Started my day with a nice big bowl of pasta salad. God, I love my pasta salad with all the peppers and cheese and celery and olives. So tasty! Enjoyed some Thin Mint ice cream after, though I'm not gonna buy this flavor again. Dinner was late and light. I made a pepperoni and cheese quesadilla. I was too hungry to not eat, but didn't really feel like doing much and this did indeed hit the right spot.

Enjoyed my leftover green quesadillas. They really hit the spot. Took an oddly timed nap late afternoon, not sure why I needed it, but apparently did. Fixed the pasta salad all by my lonesome. Love, love, love the chopper we have. That cut down standing around time, big time. Did myself a nice, big bowl and filled up. Never did have anything else, even though I thought about it. Hmmm... good red and green peppers go a long way!

Kicked my day off in the late afternoon, even though I'd been up for hours. In part this was due to the air guy coming shortly after my call. Anywho, two green quesadillas and back to my laptop. Snacked on some cashews and they did a number on me. Later snacked on a tangerine bar. After three runs to the BR I laid out. Sis came home later than expected, bringing a Del Taco dinner. I had two chicken quesadillas and one churro. Hmmmm, churro.

How could I resist having Mexican food on Cinco de Mayo. Sure, I realize we Americans make a bigger deal of this day than any of my Mexican American friends, but really, who needs an excuse to eat tacos. I had two crunchy ones and a chili relleno burrito. Dinner was dull though. Two Ball Park franks on wheat buns, pickle relish and celery salt on one. Later I tried the Thin Mint ice cream. It's okay, but I'd rather eat Thin Mints.

Pizza for breakfast! Two slices, one pepperoni and sausage, the other one being Tuscon cheese. Later I snacked on another slice with meat. Snacked really all day. Had a tangerine fruit bar at some point and chicken wings a couple times, eating a total of 14 throughout the day. Thought I'd have some IC but by the time I was ready for it my digestive track had other plans.

Up super early, out of bed in the 6 o'clock hour. First meal of the day was yesterday's missed dinner - pizza. Three slices with pepperoni, sausage, black olive combinations. Sis and I took the pup to the park for sunshine and duck chasing. Took along PB & J sandwiches - one each, strawberry jelly. Pup and I melted in the car while Sis grocery shopped. 6 chicken wings while watching HD TV, then a tangerine fruit bar top off. Much later I grabbed another slice of pizza to snack on.

May 2nd
Felt so nauseous in the morning. Didn't eat until I got to the wedding reception. Two coconut fried shrimp, 3 chicken skewers, 1 beef skewer, 1 tuna roll with cream cheese chives, celery/carrot/red pepper strips, 4 or 5 cheese chunks, raspberries, a couple roast beef slices I had to pull out of mayo city sandwiches. A couple sips of champagne, lots of tea and cake. After the affair a stop for a Quarter Pounder with cheese fed my need for protein. Crashed. Thought about dinner, made a suggestion, Sis liked it, did it and I slept through it. Oh well.
May 1st
Didn't feel much like eating, but knew I had to. Two breakfast lean pockets and pecan crunch granola bar got me through the day to the rehearsal dinner. Pinot noir and appetizers. One zucchini stick, one chicken strip and some bread with spinach/artichoke dip. Dinner was pre-ordered: honey Dijon salmon with spinach, broccoli and carrots and mashed potatoes. Came home and had another chunk of marble cake with buttercream frosting.

April 30th
Have established something of a nice routine, getting up around the same time. Fielded four phone calls. Two telemarketer hang ups? Bill Stewart. Then a telemarketer who now knows there's no mister here. Fixed myself a fried egg sandwich, complete with ketchup and two slices of provolone for breakfast. Also broke out the pickle spears and had 3. Snacked in the afternoon on 14 Milk Duds and some cashews. For the first time in a long time I took my vitamins (with the can of tomato juice from the plane.) Dined on gourmet hot dogs with Sis. One plain and one loaded with mustard, relish and celery salt. Crashed around midnight.

Splurged on a breakfast of cake (corner piece even) and milk. Popped about 20 Milk Duds throughout the day. My only real meal was very late afternoon, early evening. I had 10 chicken wings. I thought I'd fix some pasta or rice when Sis showed up but by the time she got here it was so late and I was so out of it, I passed. Skipped dinner altogether.

Up around 8:30 a.m. and stayed in the studio quite a while. First meal was lunch, really. Two slices Roman Meal wheat bread, mustard, pastrami from Hillshire and three slices of provolone cheese and a gala apple. Snacked on a tangerine fruit bar and small bag of Fritos corn chips. Dined with Sis on Albertson's deli. Tub of chicken caesar salad, 6 chicken wings and 2 chicken tenders. So full I had no room for dessert. Oh, and stuck to movie night, watching Firewall DVD.

Got my day going at 6. So hungry by 8, I did a breakfast run. 2 orders of hash browns and an El Taco breakfast burrito with sausage and bacon. Got the same for Sis. Snacked mid-day on 16 Milk Duds and a bag of Munchie Cheese Fix. Dinner was leftover green quesadillas - 2. Still quite hungry. Ended my day with a pint of Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream.

Didn't really want to eat anything before boarding the plane, but had most of a croissant in spite of myself. Skipped eating on the plane 'til the very end. Coke and animal crackers. Sis and I decided an El Taco run would cap the outing. I split an order of steak taquitos with her and delved into two chicken tostadas all on my own. No dessert for me. Hit the sheets early.
April 25th
Started my day with a dark chocolate dipped macaroon and a 1/2 bag of Ruffles Sour Cream and Cheddar potato chips. Ruined at MTC. Had my first taste of Nathan's Famous hot dogs. Two, thank you. Split a large bag of thick fries with Sis. Ketchup city. Had a glass of apple juice. After The 39 Steps we both had a slice of cheese pizza. I topped mine with a second macaroon.
April 24th
Finished my pretzel and was grateful to have the fuji apple for breakfast. Watched Bride Wars while chomping on Lay's BBQ potato chips and Doritos Nacho Cheese chips. Sis picked up a polish hot dog with mustard at the street vendor. Later had a half tuna and cheddar on plain bagel and a lemon cupcake. Made a run in at Billy Elliot. Finished my bagel sandwich and enjoyed a chocolate icing white cupcake while watching Eagle Eye.
April 23rd
Woke up early and finished my dinner. Popped potato chips. Not baked, not fried - popped. And quite tasty. Also had an onion bagel with sun-dried tomato cream cheese. Lunch was a beef kabob and most of a salted pretzel bought at a street vendor. Ate the bag of chocolate chip cookies from the plane. Fell out of the car on 4th Street. So embarrassing. Had a coke at the KGB bar and a Captain & Coke at Brandy's piano bar. Followed by what I think was a Lemon Drop, but I'm not sure. Slice of pepperoni pizza rounded out my day.
April 22nd
Travel day. Enjoyed some Ginger Ale, blue chips and chocolate chunk cookies on the plane. Got into NYC just fine. Stopped at Murray's bagels to pick up dinner. Tuna and cheddar on a plain bagel. Shared a couple juices with the Sis. Halvies - guava & mango and orange. Fell asleep way early.

Very big stress day and I grazed my way through it. Started with some lean pockets - sausage and egg, followed quickly by a Santa Fe chicken Caesar salad. Fixed the yellow rice stuffing, so of course, had some. Two early movements. More stuffing a bit later, then a pair of corn dogs and a bag of pink cotton candy. Another movement in the late evening. Had the last grape fruit bar in the house and waited for Sis to arrive. We shared a small order of fries from McDonald's. I also had a filet o' fish, 4 chicken nuggets, another movement and 2 IAD + U. Napped and here I am, anxious about flying.

Stayed up after that lengthy nap. Finished my Panda Express leftovers. There was plenty so it was quite filling. Caught up on some TV while enjoying a grape fruit bar. An evening nap turned into an all nighter. There's so much that needs to get done today it's scary. I bet I won't be doing a drop off at Berger's today.

April 19th
Skipped breakfast because of going to Pantages to see Mamma Mia. After the show, so hungry I could eat anything. Ended up having Panda Express. 2 rangoon, 2 spring egg rolls, 2 fried shrimp. My entrees with chow mein were: BBQ pork, mandarian chicken and orange chicken. I ate about half of each and maybe a third of the noodles. I got full, fast and then felt uncomfortable. Several hours later I enjoyed a bag of pink cotton candy. Several hours after that I was ready for a post-midnight snack. Fixed up the last bagel with mustard, 1/2 pastrami pack and 2 slices of cheddar cheese. Ate a third slice of cheese by itself.

April 18th
Didn't go to bed. Got the late afternoon, early evening nap thing down - unfortunately. I mean, that's gotta stop. After biking I had a Nature Valley Granola Bar - Cinnamon. Tasty. Sis took the pup to the vet for anal sac evacuation, then stopped at McDonalds. We split a Filet o' fish and large fries. Had a Big Mac and cherry pie to myself. Man, was I hungry. Dinner was much lighter. 8 pizza rolls, a corn dog and some cheddar and sour cream potato chips. Not exactly healthy, huh? So what's a girl to do but top it off with a pint of Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream?!
April 17th
System back to a certain level of normalcy. Had a hearty dose of 1% milk and wheat chex, then later snacked on cashews and a grape fruit bar. Dined alone on rib eye Omaha steak and potato salad that had been buried in the fridge. After Sis got here I had a bag of cheese popcorn. Stayed up late and reheated a green quesadilla and a handful of nasty dried out fries. Dog treats.

Up and at 'em. Made it to the doctor's in time! Good news, bad news. I'll survive to matter. Picked up lunch on the way home. Two chicken tostadas really hit the spot. Snacked on a grape fruit bar. Napped in the afternoon a couple hours. Dinner was late for no good reason. Reheated two green quesadillas. Also ate a cookie and a half (sharing with the pup) and the bag of pink cotton candy Sis brought home from work. Then I couldn't fall asleep to save my life.

Enjoyed a bag of blue cotton candy, sharing some with the pup along the way. Sis stopped at McDonald's before coming home. Because she was late I had a bit of an appetite. Shared her fries, three nuggets (one was big enough to be two though) and a Filet o' Fish. Then spent time going back and forth to the bathroom. So not pretty!

April 14th
My screwed up schedule continues. Nap last night, then up until 10:30 or so. Sleep during the day and up at night. This is not good. Not when I need to be on a regular schedule next week. Or make a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning. Had some cashews and goldens & cherries before making an El Taco run for dinner. Order of taquitos and a beef and cheese burrito. Heavy. Later snacked on some cheese popcorn and a cookie. Finished the Crystal Light bottle.

April 13th
Got up so embarrassingly late. Had to bust a nut to call Berger's office before they closed. Needed to change my appointment. Done! Finally had my bean burrito from Taco Bell, followed by my third (total) Easter cookie. Snacked on some cashews. Waited for dinner longer than I should have. DiGorno supreme pizza with added shredded cheese and pepperoni. Hung in the studio with Sis and had a grape fruit bar. Much, much later I broke out a Nature Valley Honey & Oats granola bar. Also got the ab doer in motion. Beginner's workout is a measley 8 minutes (that includes 2 minute warm up.) I might have to jump up to intermediate pronto.

April 12th
Decided not the have anything before going over to the FSM's, which meant I was quite hungry when Sis and I got there. Make your own taco buffet. Soft shell, meat, tomato, lettuce, guacamole, no cheese. That didn't come out until after I was done. Corn stuffing with jalapenos - yum! Sparkling flavored water - grape and key lime. Then Crystal Light to boot. Snacked on some cheddar and sour cream potato chips despite myself. Add to that some reduced fat, French Onion Wheat Thins and guacamole. I felt compelled to eat the guac as it was obviously starting to turn. Later, we hit Wendy's for 5 piece chicken nuggets and large chocolate Frosty's. It's been a long time since I had one of those. Much, much later, I snacked on two packs of string cheese and two cookies from my basket.
