Fast food Friday. After Sis made a delivery for me at the doc's office she swung by Jack in the Box for breakfast bowls, extra hash browns and smoothies. I only had about half of my berry blend before letting her finish it. Lazy day, feeling the burn. Dinner pick up after CVS pick up. Subway footlong sandwich, tuna with veggies. Corn chips purchased from CVS because they are cheaper that way. Rounded out the day with 3 Twin Dragon almond cookies. Oh, and an antibiotic.
