June 30th

Again started my day with a Chex Mix bar. For lunch I reheated two beef meximelts from Taco Bell. Put off dinner longer than I should have. Heated up one of the steak quesadillas and finally made the antojitos. Sis and I each had a dozen. I think because I wasn't measuring things out they were bigger and more saucy than they were supposed to be, but the ingredients were all there and they were tasty. It's a layered dish of tortilla, tomato, black beans, cheese, red pepper, green onion and salsa. We can try it again.
