December 1st
Fixed two sandwiches for lunch. One turkey with provolone, the second peanut butter and strawberry jelly. Had a very old small can of Lite fruit cocktail. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds and a Reese's PB cup, plus Wheat Thins. For dinner we had some leftover chicken fettuccine and a bag of popcorn per.
