January 26th

Fixed myself a pastrami and cheddar cheese sandwich for lunch. Enjoyed that with some BBQ potato chips and a brownie. For dinner I made a box of Pasta Roni - herbs and ate the whole thing. Snacked on two chocolate pieces. After Sis got home I had another brownie and a double dose of about to expire 1% milk.

January 25th

Snacked on about 5 international chocolate pieces, a banana and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Made a batch of macaroni and cheese Hamburger Helper. It was lunch and dinner, sort of running together. I did have two bowls and they weren't right on top of each other, but close enough to call it one long ass meal. Weird, funky day.

January 24th

Another day of by-passing breakfast. First meal of the day was a bowl of salsa, fortified to the hilt with shredded cheese and Mission chips. Followed that up with 2 hot dogs and some microwave popcorn. Snacked on a grape fruit bar. Burger King run provided dinner. One Jr. Whopper, no onions, shared order of onion rings, and an order of chicken fingers. Later snacked on a half dozen chocolate pieces from the jar that was a Christmas gift.

January 23rd

Had leftover green quesadillas for lunch - so good! Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds and the last of the wings. They were so scrawny and pathetic - almost not worth the effort to eat them. Sis stopped at Wendy's after dropping off Dad, post concert. I had an order of their nuggets, a Jr. Bacon burger and a chocolate Frosty.

January 22nd

Heated up a Stouffer's lasagna bake for lunch. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds and a brownie. Sis came home with El Taco. I had an order of taquitos with extra guacamole and a ground beef and cheese burrito. I think we might have topped it with Dove bars, but now I can't remember if we had the last of 'em the night before.

January 21st

Fixed myself a pastrami and cheddar cheese sandwich on wheat bread for lunch. Snacked on a banana and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Dinner ended up being Stouffer's French Bread pizza. Since I was dining with Sis we split a deluxe box and a meat lovers box. Extra cheese and pepperoni added to both. Had a brownie with lunch and a dark chocolate Dove bar after dinner.

January 20th

Another 6 fun-sized Crunch bars started my day, along with two packs of string cheese. Heated up a bag of Uncle Ben's cheesy rice and two hot dogs for dinner. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Enjoyed a couple home baked brownies with an 8 oz. glass of 1% milk.

January 19th

Another breakfast of champions. Downed 6 fun-sized Crunch bars. Lunch was only a little better. Leftover Albertson's deli: 3 chicken tenders and 7 or 8 wings, plus two packs of string cheese. That ended up being lunch and dinner. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Finally took my vitamins again, with cranberry juice. Sis brought home a wrapped Mrs. Fields chocolate chip cookie. It was alright. Tried to bike. Didn't last long. Hurt like a mofo. My right leg got something of a work out when I just pedaled with it.

January 18th

January 5th

Had the last of the spaghetti, heavy on pasta, light on veggies. Snacked on Doritos, 8 chocolate chip pumpkin cookies and 4 toffee-ettes. With my spaghetti I had 2 buttered rolls. Later snacked on some potato salad with sliced black olives.

January 4th

Fixed myself a turkey, American cheese, pepperoni on wheat bread sandwich. Chowed on Doritos. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds and a lemon fruit bar. Heated up a plate of spaghetti and had garlic bread to go with. Had a total of 6 toffee-ettes throughout the day.

January 3rd

Hit the road and snacked on 3 egg rolls to tide myself over. Stopped at Philly's Best before coming home. Pepper sandwich with sweet peppers and shared fries with Sis, who yeah (!) made split pea soup. I had two bowls.

January 2nd

4 white chocolate mac nut cookies, plus 3 toffee-ettes. Sugar rush! Sis made nachos and I fixed guacamole, with tomato and garlic (no onions.)

January 1st

Kick started the day with a banana smoothie. Had one pack of string cheese and some Doritos. Chowed on white chocolate macadamian nut cookies. Shared a can of olives with Sis. Had a huge plate of fettuccine/spaghetti with onion, peppers, garlic and black olives. Had some fudge and as if I needed to eat anything else I had some potato salad with sliced black olives.

December 31st

Got up early and made the olive and tomato frittata. So good. Enjoyed a 8 oz. glass of 1% milk and some chips and salsa. Salsa was fortified with shredded cheese. Chomped on Doritos and had 2 Whoopie pies.

December 30th

Did I forget something? Had a 8 oz. glass of milk, potato chips, 2 packs of string cheese and a turkey and provolone sandwich. Sis went to the grocery this night, so I'm sure I'm forgetting something. Or did I just crash? I think crashed early.

December 29th

Finished on yesterday's buttermilk bar and had the last two almond cookies. Heated two green quesadillas for lunch. Had some macaroni and beef and macaroni and cheese, heated up from Ralph's deli. For dinner, Sis stopped at Burger King. We shared onion rings and chicken fries (I had 5) and a Whopper with cheese. Also snacked on a lemon fruit bar during the day.

December 28th

Breakfast of an old fashioned and part of a buttermilk bar. Snacked on potato chips and a lemon fruit bar. Had my Magic Wok leftovers, which as hefty. Two almond cookies. No BP or syn!
