January 19th
Another breakfast of champions. Downed 6 fun-sized Crunch bars. Lunch was only a little better. Leftover Albertson's deli: 3 chicken tenders and 7 or 8 wings, plus two packs of string cheese. That ended up being lunch and dinner. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Finally took my vitamins again, with cranberry juice. Sis brought home a wrapped Mrs. Fields chocolate chip cookie. It was alright. Tried to bike. Didn't last long. Hurt like a mofo. My right leg got something of a work out when I just pedaled with it.
