February 27th

Spent most of the day in bed with a migraine or lack of sleep headache. Late dinner with Sis. We ordered Papa John's. One slice of Tuscon cheese, normal crust, which was something of a disappointment. Two slices of meat lovers and another slice of sausage, black olives, green peppers and pepperoni. Have plenty of leftovers. Ate most of a lemon pie (Hostess variety) that was purchased a couple months ago. So dry, the dog got a major treat. 8 Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies knocked my sweet tooth out.

February 26th

My schedule's all out of whack. Up late. Weighed in around 5 p.m. Nice to see 33. Had a small bowl of potato salad with added black olives. Fixed the banana smoothie, which I split with Sis. The banana was WAY ripe. Almost the whole peel was black. Yikes! Sis brought home McDonald's for din-din. One fillet of fish, shared some fries and 10 chicken nuggets. Sis also brought home our Girl Scout cookie order so 8 Thin Mints made for a divine desert. Oh, plus Sis bought a box of their new cookie. Berry something. She let me try one. Tasty.

February 25th

Snacked on some Cheez-Its before making myself a mozzarella (1 slice) and roast beef sandwich (on wheat bread.) Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds AND managed to have my Vitamins!!! With a small can of V8. After Sis got home she made my favorite Pasta Roni and heated up some fish sticks, 11 per. Topped it all off with one fun-sized 100 Grand bar.

February 21st

Enjoyed some key lime yogurt before indulging in 6 mini cupcakes. Bite size things that tasted vanilla-esque. Not exactly lard ass. Snacked on some Cheez Its before heating up two beef meximelts for lunch. For dinner Sis fixed one of her favorites: ground beef, pork and beans, and corn. It's alright. The three crescent rolls made it better.

February 20th

Started my day off brilliantly with some Mike & Ike candies. Then Sis surprised me with a BIG BREAKFAST +++ from McDonald's. Two hash browns, sausage, egg, biscuit, three pancakes with syrup and some butter. Damn, was that A LOT of food. For dinner I had two crunchy tacos, one Mexican pizza and one meximelt. Sis finished off a Starbucks ice cream and let me have a taste. Caramel mochiatta, I think.

February 19th

Nature Valley granola bars: cinnamon, started my day. For lunch, I heated up a Stouffer's dinner: Salisbury steak and mac and cheese. Snacked on some Mike & Ike and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Heated up the last of the fajita frozen chicken and an Uncle Ben's garlic & butter rice pack for dinner.

February 18th

Fixed myself a fried egg sandwich (3 eggs) on wheat bread with mozzarella cheese. Finally brewed up some more tea, so had a full glass of mango. Remembered to take my Vitamins in part because of the tea. Heated up two green quesadillas for dinner. Didn't think that would fill me up so I prepped some salsa with black olives and shredded cheese. Shared more of that with Sis than I expected. Had Mission chips with my salsa dish. Snacked on 2 chocolate pieces in the evening.

February 17th

Dined on some Nature Valley granola bars and strawberry yogurt for breakfast. Skipped lunch all together. Din-din was from Jack in the Box. Order of egg rolls, chicken strips and shared some onion rings with Sis.

February 16th

Enjoyed a lemon yogurt and pecan crunch granola bar for breakfast. Fixed myself a pastrami and mozzarella sandwich for lunch. Snacked on a Reese's peanut butter cup and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Sis picked up El Taco for dinner. Yum! I totally chowed. Had an order of taquitos, a chili relleno burrito and 1/2 of a ground beef and cheese burrito. Damn, I love that place!

February 15th

Made it a Trix breakfast with about 16 oz. of 1% milk. Dinner was 1/2 of a large frozen pizza, thin crust. I think it was Albertson's brand. Ended the day with a bowl of Tin Roof Sundae ice cream.

February 8th

Fixed a three egg, 2 slice of mozzarella cheese, bagel sandwich. Stuffed it with a few BBQ chips. So good. Had my cranberry juice and vitamins. Also snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds and 3 fun-sized Baby Ruths. Dinner ended up being McDonalds - about 1/2 order of fries, 5 chicken nuggets, Big Mac and orange soda.

February 7th

Weighed in. A little surprised, pleasantly so, but still... For lunch I heated up two slices of leftover pizza. Both were pep/sausage/peppers and bl. olives. Snacked on 4 fun-sized Baby Ruth. Fixed the orange roughy with crackers and Parmesan cheese. Had a fillet and a half along with a pasta side dish by Knorr's that included bits of broccoli and carrot. It was okay, but not something I need to do again.

February 3rd

Heated up 3 slices of Meat Lovers pizza for lunch/dinner. But was that really the only meal I ate that day??? I hate it when I can't remember with certainty if my notes are correct. Snacked on 3 chocolate pieces.

February 2nd

Snacked on some buttery toffee popcorn. That was it, 'til Papa John's pizza night. Had one slice of Tuscan cheese, one slice of Meat Lovers and two slices of pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, and black olives. As if that weren't enough to clog my arteries, I topped that with 2 Dove Bars.

February 1st

Heated up leftover Taco Bell for lunch: one beef meximelt and one steak quesadilla. Snacked on a banana and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Made an egg and mozzarella cheese bagel sandwich for dinner. Then, when I couldn't sleep I ended up chowing on some mint chip ice cream.

January 31st

Sis fixed a tuna bagel sandwich for me for lunch, with relish and mustard. Also had some olive infused potato salad. For dinner we had a Taco Bell run. Two crunchy tacos, one meximelt, one Mexican pizza and a little of Sis' nachos. So stuffed and yet still room for a Dove Bar.

January 30th

Heated up two green quesadillas for lunch. Sis and I couldn't figure out what to do for dinner until we hit the kitchen. Ended up having a load of butter noodles and some fajita pan-heated chicken. And then, a Dove Bar.

January 29th

Had a lunch of string cheese (2 packs), 3 chocolate pieces and potato salad with added black olives. Basically, I was holding back for an El Taco dinner. Dipped a few chips in guacamole but hit it big with two chicken tostadas. Then, I topped myself off with a green quesadilla and some sparkling cider.

January 28th
