February 8th

Fixed a three egg, 2 slice of mozzarella cheese, bagel sandwich. Stuffed it with a few BBQ chips. So good. Had my cranberry juice and vitamins. Also snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds and 3 fun-sized Baby Ruths. Dinner ended up being McDonalds - about 1/2 order of fries, 5 chicken nuggets, Big Mac and orange soda.
