January 29th
Had a lunch of string cheese (2 packs), 3 chocolate pieces and potato salad with added black olives. Basically, I was holding back for an El Taco dinner. Dipped a few chips in guacamole but hit it big with two chicken tostadas. Then, I topped myself off with a green quesadilla and some sparkling cider.
