April 4th

Again, I didn't eat before leaving the house, heading to a matinee. This time, since it was a movie I was seeing, I had two packs of string cheese and plenty of buttered popcorn during the show. Also shared a blended drink with Sis. Diet Coke and Cherry Coke. Early evening I finished my Panda Express from the other day. Turns out I left less behind than I'd realized. For our Easter supper, Sis and I had rib-eye steaks, green beans, Parmesan Pasta Roni and chocolate covered strawberries. Man did those berries hit the spot. (3 each, plus 4 Hershey's kisses.)

April 3rd

Didn't eat anything before heading to a matinee. After the show Sis and I went to Denny's, where we shared a Coke and blueberry/white chocolate puppies and maple syrup dipping sauce. My actual meal was 2 scrambled eggs, 2 sausage links, hash browns and 2 buttermilk pancakes with some butter and more syrup. Headed home in a major food coma. Late evening I got the munchies and had some cheddar Sun Chips and 2 leftover meximelts.

April 2nd

Kicked my day off with a small bag of Sea Salt potato chips. Tasty, but very salty. Had a Stouffer's frozen meal for lunch. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Snacked on 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Panda Express for dinner. 1 Rangoon, 3 fried shrimp and 2 veggie egg rolls. And then the meal. Two entrees, BBQ pork and walnut shrimp with all chow mein. Ate most of what was served, but not all.

April 1st

Was not feeling well. Eventually fixed myself a turkey, cheddar on wheat bread sandwich. Also scooped myself a large bowl of blue/pineapple jello. In the evening I felt suddenly MUCH better. Snacked on some cheddar Sun Chips. Sis stopped at Taco Bell. I had two crunchy tacos, 1 Mexican pizza and 1 meximelt. When I got my appetite back, it came back in force. Snacked on a small bowl of chocolate drilled caramel popcorn (Sis bought from Cha.) No syn, multi B's, one green.

March 31st

Turkey and cheddar cheese sandwich on wheat bread for lunch. Plus the last of the potato salad. Snacked on 2 packages of string cheese and 1/2 oz. roasted almonds. Made it a Whopper Wednesday. With cheese, no onions or mayo. Also had some onion rings and 6 chicken fries. For dessert Sis and I both had large bowls of blue jello with pineapple chunks and 3 cream puffs (Cha had taken them into the office Monday.)

March 30th

Stouffer's frozen meal for lunch. Roast turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes. Two white chocolate and macadamian nut cookies. Snacked on some Triscuits and a green quesadilla. For dinner Sis made nachos and opened an extra can of black olives. Finished off the HD Caramel Cone ice cream.

March 29th

Cookies for breakfast! Two white chocolate and macadamian nut. Fixed myself a 2 egg and cheddar cheese bagel sandwich for lunch. Snacked on some Cheez Its with lunch too. Sis picked up Carino's for dinner. Oh, heaven! We shared a mini order of Firesticks. I had two of the three thirds, with a touch of ranch dressing. Snacked on some bread with olive oil and onion. Sis and I split a combo: lasagna, spaghetti and chicken Parmesan. Then the best of the best, what I'd been craving for ages: tiramisu. So good!

March 28th

Sis and I shared a large California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizza. Spicy. With added shredded cheese and pepperoni. Had a glass of 1% milk and two white chocolate and macadamian nut cookies. Snacked on some Cheez Its. Dined on In and Out for dinner. Double, double, no onions for me. Had some of Sis' fries. Ended my day with about 1/3 of a container of HD Caramel Cone ice cream. My favorite.

March 27th

2 green quesadillas
tuna and cheddar sandwich with mustard on wheat bread
8? Triscuits with cottage cheese

March 26th

March 23rd

March 19th

Munched on some BBQ chips with my 3 egg bagel, 2 provolone bagel sandwich. So tasty. Pretty sure Sis and I McDonald's for dinner. Fillet of fish, 10 piece nuggets and fries. This might be the night we had sundaes. Caramel for me. Add to that 8 Thin Mints earlier in the day. (MOVED from the 12th, 'cause I found my notes that were from the 12th and this day was the only other one vacant. Maybe I should avoid such errors by updating daily... hmmm... ya think?)
