April 29th

Splurged on a breakfast of cake (corner piece even) and milk. Popped about 20 Milk Duds throughout the day. My only real meal was very late afternoon, early evening. I had 10 chicken wings. I thought I'd fix some pasta or rice when Sis showed up but by the time she got here it was so late and I was so out of it, I passed. Skipped dinner altogether.

April 28th

Up around 8:30 a.m. and stayed in the studio quite a while. First meal was lunch, really. Two slices Roman Meal wheat bread, mustard, pastrami from Hillshire and three slices of provolone cheese and a gala apple. Snacked on a tangerine fruit bar and small bag of Fritos corn chips. Dined with Sis on Albertson's deli. Tub of chicken caesar salad, 6 chicken wings and 2 chicken tenders. So full I had no room for dessert. Oh, and stuck to movie night, watching Firewall DVD.

April 27th

Got my day going at 6. So hungry by 8, I did a breakfast run. 2 orders of hash browns and an El Taco breakfast burrito with sausage and bacon. Got the same for Sis. Snacked mid-day on 16 Milk Duds and a bag of Munchie Cheese Fix. Dinner was leftover green quesadillas - 2. Still quite hungry. Ended my day with a pint of Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream.

April 26th

Didn't really want to eat anything before boarding the plane, but had most of a croissant in spite of myself. Skipped eating on the plane 'til the very end. Coke and animal crackers. Sis and I decided an El Taco run would cap the outing. I split an order of steak taquitos with her and delved into two chicken tostadas all on my own. No dessert for me. Hit the sheets early.

April 25th

Started my day with a dark chocolate dipped macaroon and a 1/2 bag of Ruffles Sour Cream and Cheddar potato chips. Ruined at MTC. Had my first taste of Nathan's Famous hot dogs. Two, thank you. Split a large bag of thick fries with Sis. Ketchup city. Had a glass of apple juice. After The 39 Steps we both had a slice of cheese pizza. I topped mine with a second macaroon.

April 24th

Finished my pretzel and was grateful to have the fuji apple for breakfast. Watched Bride Wars while chomping on Lay's BBQ potato chips and Doritos Nacho Cheese chips. Sis picked up a polish hot dog with mustard at the street vendor. Later had a half tuna and cheddar on plain bagel and a lemon cupcake. Made a run in at Billy Elliot. Finished my bagel sandwich and enjoyed a chocolate icing white cupcake while watching Eagle Eye.

April 23rd

Woke up early and finished my dinner. Popped potato chips. Not baked, not fried - popped. And quite tasty. Also had an onion bagel with sun-dried tomato cream cheese. Lunch was a beef kabob and most of a salted pretzel bought at a street vendor. Ate the bag of chocolate chip cookies from the plane. Fell out of the car on 4th Street. So embarrassing. Had a coke at the KGB bar and a Captain & Coke at Brandy's piano bar. Followed by what I think was a Lemon Drop, but I'm not sure. Slice of pepperoni pizza rounded out my day.

April 22nd

Travel day. Enjoyed some Ginger Ale, blue chips and chocolate chunk cookies on the plane. Got into NYC just fine. Stopped at Murray's bagels to pick up dinner. Tuna and cheddar on a plain bagel. Shared a couple juices with the Sis. Halvies - guava & mango and orange. Fell asleep way early.

April 21st

Very big stress day and I grazed my way through it. Started with some lean pockets - sausage and egg, followed quickly by a Santa Fe chicken Caesar salad. Fixed the yellow rice stuffing, so of course, had some. Two early movements. More stuffing a bit later, then a pair of corn dogs and a bag of pink cotton candy. Another movement in the late evening. Had the last grape fruit bar in the house and waited for Sis to arrive. We shared a small order of fries from McDonald's. I also had a filet o' fish, 4 chicken nuggets, another movement and 2 IAD + U. Napped and here I am, anxious about flying.

April 20th

Stayed up after that lengthy nap. Finished my Panda Express leftovers. There was plenty so it was quite filling. Caught up on some TV while enjoying a grape fruit bar. An evening nap turned into an all nighter. There's so much that needs to get done today it's scary. I bet I won't be doing a drop off at Berger's today.

April 19th

Skipped breakfast because of going to Pantages to see Mamma Mia. After the show, so hungry I could eat anything. Ended up having Panda Express. 2 rangoon, 2 spring egg rolls, 2 fried shrimp. My entrees with chow mein were: BBQ pork, mandarian chicken and orange chicken. I ate about half of each and maybe a third of the noodles. I got full, fast and then felt uncomfortable. Several hours later I enjoyed a bag of pink cotton candy. Several hours after that I was ready for a post-midnight snack. Fixed up the last bagel with mustard, 1/2 pastrami pack and 2 slices of cheddar cheese. Ate a third slice of cheese by itself.

April 18th

Didn't go to bed. Got the late afternoon, early evening nap thing down - unfortunately. I mean, that's gotta stop. After biking I had a Nature Valley Granola Bar - Cinnamon. Tasty. Sis took the pup to the vet for anal sac evacuation, then stopped at McDonalds. We split a Filet o' fish and large fries. Had a Big Mac and cherry pie to myself. Man, was I hungry. Dinner was much lighter. 8 pizza rolls, a corn dog and some cheddar and sour cream potato chips. Not exactly healthy, huh? So what's a girl to do but top it off with a pint of Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream?!

April 17th

System back to a certain level of normalcy. Had a hearty dose of 1% milk and wheat chex, then later snacked on cashews and a grape fruit bar. Dined alone on rib eye Omaha steak and potato salad that had been buried in the fridge. After Sis got here I had a bag of cheese popcorn. Stayed up late and reheated a green quesadilla and a handful of nasty dried out fries. Dog treats.

April 16th

Up and at 'em. Made it to the doctor's in time! Good news, bad news. I'll survive to matter. Picked up lunch on the way home. Two chicken tostadas really hit the spot. Snacked on a grape fruit bar. Napped in the afternoon a couple hours. Dinner was late for no good reason. Reheated two green quesadillas. Also ate a cookie and a half (sharing with the pup) and the bag of pink cotton candy Sis brought home from work. Then I couldn't fall asleep to save my life.

April 15th

Up super late again, but stayed up and went to bed early - yay! Heated up two leftover quesadillas with green sauce. These were heftier than most. Enjoyed a bag of blue cotton candy, sharing some with the pup along the way. Sis stopped at McDonald's before coming home. Because she was late I had a bit of an appetite. Shared her fries, three nuggets (one was big enough to be two though) and a Filet o' Fish. Then spent time going back and forth to the bathroom. So not pretty!

April 14th

My screwed up schedule continues. Nap last night, then up until 10:30 or so. Sleep during the day and up at night. This is not good. Not when I need to be on a regular schedule next week. Or make a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning. Had some cashews and goldens & cherries before making an El Taco run for dinner. Order of taquitos and a beef and cheese burrito. Heavy. Later snacked on some cheese popcorn and a cookie. Finished the Crystal Light bottle.

April 13th

Got up so embarrassingly late. Had to bust a nut to call Berger's office before they closed. Needed to change my appointment. Done! Finally had my bean burrito from Taco Bell, followed by my third (total) Easter cookie. Snacked on some cashews. Waited for dinner longer than I should have. DiGorno supreme pizza with added shredded cheese and pepperoni. Hung in the studio with Sis and had a grape fruit bar. Much, much later I broke out a Nature Valley Honey & Oats granola bar. Also got the ab doer in motion. Beginner's workout is a measley 8 minutes (that includes 2 minute warm up.) I might have to jump up to intermediate pronto.

April 12th

Decided not the have anything before going over to the FSM's, which meant I was quite hungry when Sis and I got there. Make your own taco buffet. Soft shell, meat, tomato, lettuce, guacamole, no cheese. That didn't come out until after I was done. Corn stuffing with jalapenos - yum! Sparkling flavored water - grape and key lime. Then Crystal Light to boot. Snacked on some cheddar and sour cream potato chips despite myself. Add to that some reduced fat, French Onion Wheat Thins and guacamole. I felt compelled to eat the guac as it was obviously starting to turn. Later, we hit Wendy's for 5 piece chicken nuggets and large chocolate Frosty's. It's been a long time since I had one of those. Much, much later, I snacked on two packs of string cheese and two cookies from my basket.

April 11th

So, so very sad and embarrassing. Went to bed around 7:15 in the morning and got out of bed around 4 in the afternoon. Ended up being a short day since there is much going on today. Munched on some super stale honey roasted almonds before deciding they must be thrown out. Dined with Sis on stew fortified with extra corn and green beans. We also split a can of black olives and small thing of crescent rolls. Four each, they were quite tasty. Spent a little time in the studio before hitting the sheets and watching TV. In the studio we both had more of the chocolate butter See's egg - half rose and a couple bites worth. So creamy!

April 10th

I'm on a seriously messed up schedule. Need to swing this boat around, damn it! For lunch I had some leftover Taco Bell. Not much, just two meximelts. Snacked on some incredibly stale honey roasted almonds and some incredibly past due dried cranberries and raisins. Couldn't for the life of me figure out what to do for dinner. Ended up with a huge bowl of salsa, added chopped black olives and a ton of shredded cheese plus a butt load of Mission chips. I ate and ate and ate and ended up feeling bloated. Did manage to get some biking in but that was several hours later. Went to bed as the sun was coming up. I gotta get off this merry-go-round.

April 9th

Another late night, late day rising. Went lite for lunch having sausage, egg lean pockets. After Sis got home we ran a few errands, hitting the post office and ATM. Too late for Panda so we headed over to Taco Bell. I chowed. Three crunchy tacos, 1 meximelt, 1/2 steak quesadilla and a caramel apple empanada. So tasty. It made me nervous though, wondering how my digestive tract would react but I was okay. Soft and quick, but a-okay.

April 8th

My schedule's all out of whack. The dog kept waking me up which is why I got up when I did, but it meant I needed a nap later. Sigh. Lunch/dinner was leftover deli. One chicken tender, 6 chicken wings and a number of potato wedges. Ate while watching TV. Heard disconcerting gurgling but nothing came of it. Dinner ended up being Nature Valley Peanut Butter granola bars and two string cheese. Just didn't feel much like eating. After Sis got here I had a scoop and a half of butter pecan ice cream. That was disappointing. Not the flavor I was after AND after I scooped it, but before I could eat it Sis laid out some bad, bad news about May 2nd. So then I was pissed about her procrastination. It's true... ignoring things, hoping they will go away, is a good way to have those same things blow up in your face.

April 7th

Late lunch of a turkey, cheddar bagel sandwich. Took a nap. A grape fruit bar helped wake me up. Sis made a chili Hamburger Helper with evaporated milk. Movie night ensued with 'I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With.' I had multiple trips away. Last one left me wanting to lie down, which I did. Burn, burn, burn. Up a couple hours later, sore. Ate two string cheese packs 'cause I was starving, but also scared. 2 IADs.

April 6th

Stayed up late again, making getting up in the morning difficult. Thank goodness I did some stretching before falling asleep 'cause as it was I woke up TIGHT. Tested my glucose just to see where I'm at. It was 98. Great number. Finished the plain almonds and had some honey roasted almonds that are way old. So stale. Don't know if I'll be finishing the can or not. Had a bagel sandwich with 2.5 oz. turkey and 2 slices of cheddar cheese for lunch. Oh, and a very ripe banana. Dinner was a hodge podge of leftovers. Finished my carnitas which was mostly meat, a touch of rice and one tortilla. Also had a chicken tender and a load of potato wedges, at least 8. Those puppies are super filling. Felt like having something sweet but biked instead.

April 5th

Late night, early morning. Didn't want to get out of bed but had to go, go, go. Ran into Dad, S & her pal, N. Great. Sips of water got me to late lunch post show at Acapulco. Plenty of chips and spicy salsa. Ordered carnitas. At the time I couldn't even finish two tortillas worth. It was like a switch went off inside me, I had to stop eating immediately. Later I did some reheat finishing two and three and I think all the refried beans. Still have a little something-something to look forward to. Tongue felt strange. Sensitive. Concerned I might be developing something nasty again.

Started my day with some plain almonds and a brownie. Sis hit the grocery deli and that ended up being both lunch and dinner. A total of 2 chicken tenders, 8 chicken wings, 6 potato wedges and a large container of chicken casaer salad. Very filling. Also had a strawberry fruit bar and my last brownie. Those never last long around here.

April 3rd

Up early because the air & heating guy was coming. Had no problem waking up and I totally credit that to the little bit of exercise I did the night before. Milk expiration day so Sis and I both had cereal for breakfast. 12 oz. of 1% and Wheat Chex baby. That filled me up 'til late in the day. Dined on leftover El Taco for din-din. Ended up having 3 green quesadillas. I was hungry. Also made a batch of brownies, which I had a few bites of. So good.

April 2nd

Exercising must have helped me sleep because I was up and at 'em. Snacked on some plain almonds and cran/raisins for breakfast. Finally used my birthday coupon at Arby's. Took the dog and myself over and picked up my free chocolate malt shake, a bacon & cheddar roastburger and 4 piece mozzerella sticks. The burger was nothing more than the regular sandwich on a different bun with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Not interested in doing again. Planned on having deli for dinner but by the time Sis got there, there wasn't anything we like available. So she ended up picking up El Taco. I thoroughly enjoyed an order of taquitos and a chilli relleno burrito.

April 1

Such a late start to my day. That's what happens when you go to bed at 8:30 in the morning. Ate some plain almonds at my desk, as well as my leftover sugar cookie and a Pecan Crunch granola bar by Nature Valley. Put off having a real meal 'til din with Sis. We made it a $5 footlong night. Tuna for me with plenty of veggies, thank you. Also enjoyed a bag of Fritos corn chips. Turned in early, making it a short day, but at least I'm up now!

March 31st

Late, late start to my day. This does not bode well for the weekend. Enjoyed Taco Bell leftovers for lunch. Three beef meximelts and one bean burrito. Snacked on some plain almonds. Vegged out for a while. Managed to complete a number of little chores but not enough writing. Late, late dinner with Sis. She had a McDonald's coupon that was about to expire so more fast food for dinner. Less than 1/2 a medium order of fries, 5 chicken nuggets, filet o' fish and two sugar cookies. Finally got my ass on the bike! Only 15 mintues but that's something. At 5 in the morning.
